Was defo a good rrad, fluffy, 1v1, super devoted ML.

I understand the complaints upstairs, however, every story is different. If we have a prototype of what MC or ML should be, how they handle things, then all stories would be the same...

Just enjoy reading it..

I love the concept of this story where the MC falls into a non cp world and became the soulmate of the ML.

The story was a whole lot predictable and towards the end I really want it to end quickly😁

MC was laid back and along the way always helped by the ML. Shes not the difficult kind that create trouble for ML so still quite ok.

... more>> ML... Hmm how do I say this?? I wantttttt him for myself if one's available in real life, duhhhh

Overall ok, I like the simplicity but it can be a tad bit boring for people who liked drama

it was a rough start. Maybe bc I first read the mtl nit realizing it was mlt bc I didn't know novelupdates also feature that as well but once I moved over to an well edited one my reading experience got better and I could actually enjoy myself!

what I love is zheng zheng and sisi's relationship. From enemies to friends! These to women were hilarious together! Their chemistry! Gosh! Their power! I laughed a lot whenever they were together.

i kinda lowkey want them to be together?! Like, where can I... more>> find a novel about previously rival women end up falling for each other?!

anyway, the main leads are cute ig? I've read too many novels to fully enjoy them but I had fun reading it. But while I had fun, I also developed ulcers along the way.

the ml's family are your average villianous for the sake of being villianous antagonists. No real depth to them but the fl's family is a bit better written. They made me wish that the FL was a rebirth herione instead of a transmigration herione. It's just sad to see them slowly realize their own shortcomings but the og is dead.

the plot? Is simple. Nothing out of the ordinary powerful ceo type of novel but it was still fun. Newer readers will love it. Veterans will know that one you read five novels you've read a 1000 of them. I do like that the FL didn't deal with the ml's yandere bs. When he wanted her to be just devoted to him 24/7, she immediately set a boundary. He might have took a while to understand her boundary, but he still tried and she still didn't give in to him.

will I reread it? Yes. The revenge was satisfying. The zheng² x si² friendship was funny. The feels just hit the right spot. It's a good story once you get past the rougher start. <<less

What a warmhearted love story between Wen Yu and Chi Zheng Zheng. Certainly savor reading it.

It's first love for both Wen Yu and Chi Zheng Zheng. Their love, affection and devotion toward each other last for decades. They're a very caring couple and they complete each other perfectly.

Wen Yu and Chi Zheng Zheng find love in each other although they are 2 individuals who come from prominent families whose parents don't care about them and don't love them.

Will definitely read it again in the very near future.

This is such a good novel within its genre. Yes, there are cliches and stereotypical plots, apart from the main couple the rest of the characters are pretty much flat and 2D.

BUT! The romance itself makes it worth it.

This couple has a lot more EQ than in so many different stories that is refreshing enough to keep the attention.

ML isn't the despondent, arrogant, tyrant and violent type of ML. He isn't obsessed with the FML from the get go and their relationship has a more natural pace than so many... more>> other stories. He's actually very sweet, caring, clumsy and awkward. Of course, there is still the possessiveness, controlling and obscure nature of a black belly CEO ML character, but the author just gives glimpses of this side of the ML before a plot twist that puts him back on the right track.

Therefore, the ML is a completely devoted, loyal, pampering wifecon.

The FML on the other side, is more closer to a normal person. She isn't set on the ML at the start and she is wary of him for a lot of their beginning. She eventually falls in love with him but even while being in love it takes a lot of time to turn the same degree of devotion. And then, she's still firm about her opinions on their relationship, she establishes her boundaries, although the plot twist kind of makes her even more of a hubbycon, she later on manages to abide by those boundaries.

I like that the original owner of the body is still very much present in the mind of FML, specially when dealing with her (original owner) family. The FML never assumes the right to forgive said family but she doesn't pursue them either. And the only person she does help is her best friend who, by the way, is the funniest relationship of all the book.

Anyhow, the author did a great job at giving this cliche story a different flavor. So, if you like the black bellied CEO stories, but are tired of the sexist MLs and weak, passive FML, then try giving this a go. <<less

It's such a very beautiful story, really. Though the plot is kinda cliché since there's a lot of similar transmigration stories these days, it's still has its own flavor or merits. It's not boring and I like that it's sometimes humourous and tear jerker sometimes. Though it can be said that the supporting characters are almost background characters since it's kinda short so the story's main focus is Wen Yu and Chi Zhengzheng's lives, it's still fine. The emotions felt by the characters, especially Wen Yu's has really appealed to... more>> the readers.

Especially the part where Zhengzheng was in coma, I kept saying that I shouldn't waste my tears since this story has a happy ending, I can't stop my tears from falling. Their love is really touching and sweet that I am literally like Zheng Ye when he said he wanted to fall in love, but then I was reminded that love like this is only found in stories😭. But anyway, 10/10. Especially the ending which made me teary eyed. I am moved and sad because of their death.

The story line is generic but the content was just full of feels!

So beautiful! 🤧 I miss them now that I completed reading it!

But I'm so happy for them!

Overall this one is one of my best reads in romance genre!

This novel's genre was really my guilty pleasure. I knew the story would be generic, predictable, and full of cliches but I still read it anyway and even enjoyed it.

Well, never mind about the plot because you would find it in other transmigration novels. The summary was:

    • MC was betrayed by her fiance with some white lotus.
    • The same white lotus got all the love and attention from MC's parent and MC was often left aside by her own family because of it.
    • ML had a toxic family who bullied him from the childhood till he became an adult. His father favored mistress above his legal wife and also doted on his illegitimate son more than ML.
    • MC and ML was engaged by force but then it didn't take long for them to hit it off.
    • MC and ML managed to face slap their families and enemies.
If I could say the thing that I was most satisfied in this novel was: the author didn't give a cheap happy ending for MC and ML.

After ML was done with his revenge, he got more lovey dovey with MC but from their interaction, we could see that ML had a serious psychological problem. I don't know if it was related to his childhood trauma but he was so clingy to MC and always tried to control every aspects of her life. Fortunately, his mental state changed after MC fell unconscious so maybe the coma plot was considered necessary (no matter how cliche it was) ?

Also, although MC's nominal parent already repented themselves and they also repeatedly apologized to MC, MC still didn't want to treat them as her own parent because it would be unfair for the original MC.

If I could state what I hate the most about transmigration novel: it was when the new MC took the original MC's family as her own without any guilt. I mean, usually the original MC would leave the world with sadness and resentment. She didn't even have time to get justice herself but when she finally got her own justice through the new MC, she was no longer there and couldn't even enjoy the aftermath. Of course to be fair, it was new MC who gave the original MC justice but still, to enjoy what was supposed to be original MC's for granted was a bit disturbing.

That's why although MC's nominal parent in this story was quite pitiful, I still fonded of MC's decision to cut ties with them because it wasn't hers to enjoy.

Pretty simple standard transmigration romance novel. Loved the super sweet and sappy relationship between the main characters. A great quick read. I don’t know why so many have a problem with this book. Would recommend for a quick read.

A very typical overbearing CEO president ML and the one who warms his heart, the MC.

It actually starts kinda hilarious. What with the overly disgusting act of adultery beside the bed of a coma patient, who actually heard all that. The ML family in this story is hella disgusting and glad they got the ending they deserve.

Unlike some revenge novels where the characters turned over, eventhough ZhengZheng's parents realized their misfakes, it was too late and evenhough she is not angry with them, she never turns her affection to them because the original is dead.

Also, the ML's family got their just dessert. I do feel a little sorry for them because it seemed like all their ways have been blocked, evenhough the ML doesn't bother with them anymore, other people they tried to suppress when they were on top mutually suppressed them

I gave this higher rating bc I truly enjoyed this a lot. FL (Chi Zhengzheng) and ML (Wen Yu) together made me smile due to fluff and shed tears in other times.

There's revenge plot in the side of Mary Sue ML than FL... but nonetheless some villains deserved their punishments while some changed for better. Additionally, I also like the FL for having straightforward and cute friendship with Wen Sisi.

The con was that there an unexplainable things happened in the novel that kinda turned me off... but I can bypassed... more>> it bc this was a heartwarming novel.

FL getting coma again (and possibility of death) due to the OG body's "expiration date"... however, she can easily woke up after days with "strong will" explanation only. Anyway, the setting was novel world so there's fantasy. Can't complain bc of happy ending lol

This novel called me "crybaby" and I am here for it. Though the plot isn't original, I truly adored reading this. I laughed a lot, and cried a lot. Then again, I could probably be speaking with nothing but my emotions. A more in-depth? Review to follow after I reread this. HE guaranteed!

That was quite an emotional romance story, to be honest if I didn’t know this was a HE I would’ve believed it was going the sad route and the Author was a sad*st XD. I loved it, I loved all the relationships there was in the story. I loved the friendship between the Zhengzheng and Wen Sisi, it reminded me of the friendship between my friend and I. We are blunt with each other, say mean words, but in the end still care for each other especially when the other... more>> is down. It was such a beautiful friendship and I hope that Wen Sisi would have a lovely future. This is a 5 for me because that last few chapters really showed how the author can bring out one’s emotions with words. I could feel the heartbreak and everything, it makes you wish a guy like Wen Yu could exist in this world.

This one surely us one of my favorites, I recommend you read this. There aren’t that much dog-blood drama maybe because the FL lives quite freely and doesn’t have an emotional attachment to the woman who hates the original Zhengzheng. The relationships portrayed in this story is very beautiful and we could understand why the FL acts like this to some people. I hope everyone will enjoy such a jewel! ^^ <<less

Love this mostly sweet and fluffy story. It was a slight mini emotional roller coaster but still sweet overall. The story reminds me of Yandere comes at night except this is a modern setting and they are not adopted siblings. The ML is totally my ideal type and the FL is very likeable. I can totally understand why she behave the way she did initially towards the ML. I like it that she doesn't waste her time deliberately taking revenge on people that betrayed her but instead choose to live... more>> the way that makes herself happy. Because of her, the ML finds joy in life and learns that there is much more to life than just the sole focus on revenge. ML really loves and dotes on FL and is so inseparable from her. The other relationship I really enjoyed is between FL and frenemy Sisi.

So many clichés in the world building, the baddies are obvious and the story is pretty predictable.

HOWEVER the story is really easy to read and unlike others I enjoyed the MC, she has a straightforward personality, she’s strong and caring at the same time but tries to act like a puppy when she’s in love but at the same time she defends her man. I love MCs who defend their man!

ML is typical CEO but he’s really human, throughout the story you can read about how he develops his feelings... more>> and how MC lights up his world which makes me so emotional because the way the author writes out the convos. Yeah I cried too.

Side characters are mostly meh but I loved Sisi, she’s so great and I loved their friendship. However, antagonists were so predictable and repetitive if you’ve read other revenge stories.

4 stars because many clichés but totally worth the read. <<less
