So far I read til C12 and it seems to still be fine. But I'm worried.

There is a massive foreshadowing of

"oh woe is me I am so anguished by this man that I literally died of neglect and longing.

BUT WAIT I'll just fall in love again cause he's hot. And because I still apparently love him?"

The way this story seems to be heading feels more like the FL will end up in the Duke's hands again after he has literally made everyone she trusts, backstab her just to spy on her and manipulate her.

Eg. The maid, the childhood friend knight, the teacher

I do rather like the reason why he decided to use the FL friends to backstab her. Demonstrates that he isn't just dimensionless prick. But that aside, he seems like terrible love interest.

Would be breath of fresh air if by chance or by her own choice she'd be able to escape outside the Duke's manipulations and control, but that will never happen.

It's not exactly the typical plot novel, I would go to read but it's good for small Petty entertainment purposes.

The novel is basically about an immature married couple and their life where the male loves but wants to hide his love because of some s*upid delusion and the female loves the man so much that she forgets about self-respect and her needs.

Spoiler
    • The female lead is an orphan who does not knows who her parents are or her birthday.
    • the main lead is the high-rank noble who is one of the 5 strong Duke.
    • I'll be straightforward without filtering the spoiler because it kind of makes you very happy since the ML was a shitty husband to FL.
    • the female lead is reincarnated five years in the past that's basically when the second day of their marriage.
    • She was neglected and was shown cold-shoulder by her husband and she was not exactly treated well by the noble.
    • So now in this life after hearing a few people's opinions (three people) she prioritizes herself she tries to do whatever she can do to escape her husband.
    • the husband, he's the one who brings her back to life by going back 5 years before she died, he has to be a big price and he acts unusual towards FL (I mean, like listening, being nice and all).

This novel hasn't been translated too far along yet, but from what I've read, I'm already looking forward to what's ahead.

MCs past memories of conversations w ML gave me physical pain and he is downright abusive w his language. Like no wonder MC is depressed w how much her husband told her he hates her and doesn't want anything to do w her. He even refused to say MCs name for their entire marriage.

There is some huge discord between her memories of him and his memories of her. MC only... more>> remembers his ab*se while ML reminisces her smiling face that he loves. How they came to love each other is still not revealed, but I'm quite curious to know why ML constantly pushed MC away when he also loves her, enough to give up his life span to regress and be w her again.

As they went back in time, MC is understandably confused by MLs change in attitude, which makes her question how her past life would've been if he had been a sweet husband from the beginning. However, his actions are not enough to prevent her from wanting to run away from him and live her own life. <<less
