I'm surprised there are no comments here, seeing as this is the story, and subsequent series, that kicked off the initial Thai BL series craze that's still going strong (SOTUS, Grey Rainbow, Make it Right, Puppy Honey, etc).

this is a funny and sweet HS romance told from MC Noh's point of view with some hilarious inner monologues. The ML Phun is described as Mr. Perfect but with Noh he's rather clingy. Noh's biggest faults are his inability to tell other people no, and a desire not to hurt others (which... more>> makes him appear indecisive). The girls are typical girls in a BL series; one has no redeeming qualities while the other is oblivious and somewhat annoying. Lots of fluffy squee moments without much explicit smut.

this is one of the few series I've read with a reversible couple, which I enjoy. The MC isn't particularly girly, or helpless, nor is he innocent to the point of appearing borderline idiotic; all traits I really dislike in most Chinese BL. Noh is just as likely to save Phun as Phun is to save him.

i read this at P'Kuda's site a couple of years ago but if that's not available anymore there were several Wattpad pages that had this story up last time I checked, along with some very steamy fanfic.

a good and easy HE read that will leave you with a smile on your face. The only reason it's rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because the second half is weaker than the first. The author also added a few special chapters after the series ended. <<less

Really good!!!! It's a little limited as we only have Noh's perspective and not fully, but I think the novel is able to make the most out of it. I really loved their dynamic, they really make a good couple. Really enjoyed the side characthers, as we only have Noh's view, we don't have as much details on them as I wanted, but I think is more than enough to make me like them.

I just completed my 4th re-read of this story and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time I read it

This story was my introduction to BL and holds a special place in my heart

One of the things I like the most about this story is both Noh and Phun are masculine, neither is feminized for the story

I also love the drama series (which I watched after reading the novel)

Both the novel and the drama are highly recommended!

ok... Idk where to start but here I go. first the writer is fracking amazing. The writing is like the diary of the wimpy kid bc I found myself dying of laughter every two seconds. This novel is surprisingly well translated! All the other Thai BL novels are not half as well translated as this one is and it's not too wordy either!

If you finished the drama and want to read this novel, then I encourage you to go ahead!!! It's so fun to see what the characters were thinking in their heads during certain events in the drama.
