One of the rare books I've completed.

The romance was so sweet and the book really is so funny.

... more>> The characters are not overly smart and there is no great conspiracy ; only a star and her ceo husband (who doesn’t want to get back to work by the way😂) ' s daily lives!

There are extras about their child and the book's rythm as well as the writing style make it so that it is hard to put it down ; even when nothing is really going on plot-wise (because the characters are that entertaining!).

Cons : I think the original plot has not been exploited in an interesting way, and the book shouldn't have been so long (though I didn't feel bored at any point^^) <<less

its a decent slice-of-life story with entertainment and a little fantasy element which IMO seems a little redundant. It had good enetertainment value then just was blown off.

overall skimmed to the ending a lot. Feels like I would have liked it more had it been shorter and not so dragged out.

Its not bad I probably just lost the mood for it overnight.

It's a cute silly romantic novel with comedic elements to it. Although light it was entertaining. The FL have a super power but is a bit silly most of time, still lovable. The dynamic with the ML is like cat fighting? It's a cute chemistry.

its okay. Doesn't make sense, a story with no plot or flow. I got really pissed off tho cuz ML was annoying, all the side characters were annoying, and FL was hypocritical and annoying. Idk if I found them annoying just cuz of my mood, or if its just the story thats bad, but this made me mad for reasons I can't pinpoint.

also FL's father not wanting his daughter involved in the failing family business cuz he 'doesnt want her to worry', but willing to let son-in-law, ML, help? My... more>> final straw ngl. Like u dont even know that man that much? He woke up from a coma, like, a week ago?? The pure s*upidity and stubbornness truly annoyed me to my core. Like, you only have this one daughter, who else was gonna take over the company in the future? Why would you not raise her from childhood to be a business woman??

yea she could've helped if you taught her to? What, was he planning on just letting his company die out, since he didnt teach his only child business matters, even when there were no company troubles? Its his fault what did he expect. And the immediate agreement after the son-in-law agreed? Ugh. Idc if ML was a business weapon or nothing, the specification on IMMEDIATELY agreed just pissed me off bad. + Bad translation wdym 'her son-in-law'.

the mom and the caregiver for ML pmo too. Especially the caregiver.

FL was so s*upid and hypocritical. Her kind of stealing everything from the ognovel OR ogFL OR some character who didnt even wrong her, instead of following her own path, kind of icked me off a bit. Like, did the ogFL deserve those resources? Hell no. But FL relying on her knowledge abt the future to steal those resources just annoyed me. Shes so dumb and everything going her way just made me frustrated

its like, "oh!! Ik this is gonna blow up, especially this side character's actor!! I MUST get this role, regardless of anything!! Lemme use my resources!!!" (ignores the newbie og-actor, who had a clean path, hadnt wronged anyone, and had established her career with that character). Like, I get that there's no point in letting EVERYTHING be the same, but something about that just icked me off. Especially since she still went ahead with getting the role, even after knowing the role wasnt available, and even after her manager literally said they could get her a main-character role. Like, ho, if u have the resources, go work on something super new and amazing, why do you have to come and stick to this side character role when you can literally have main character roles if u want? At the end of the day, skill is what matters yea, and FL has the skill to back up her c*ckiness ig, but UGH I cant voice my frustrations about how something is bothering me, but I cant pinpoint what it is.

also she fell too quickly for ML, with no goddamn reason. ML was annoying too, ungrateful ahh. Like she literally saved ur ass from a coma/half-death state, you can help her here and there instead of being stingy asf about it and forcing FL to glaze his ass just for help. A ML marketed to be 'sly' while pursuing the FL, but in actuality just being really annoying as hell, might be the type of ML I hate the most

- this review is definitely a bit harsh cuz of my bad mood topped with the tr*shy novel

- review is probably unnecessarily harsh of me

- read if you have your brain turned off, can tolerate a FL whos baddie in front of everyone else, but an embarrassing fool in front of ML (worst trope imo), can tolerate everyone low-key being pushy in their relationship to push in forward (i change my mind, this is the worst trope)

- maybe things get better more into the novel. I, for one, cant wait any longer lol sorry

- the good point for me, surprisingly, is FL's interactions with ogML and ogFL. Their reactions and her provocations and fights at them are super funny, especially ogML. Tho that may change in the future, with these novels unfortunately having the tendency to turn brothers against each other - tho for now, ogML is a good brother and chill with ML, hopefully doesnt change <<less

Really sweet from beginning to end. The supernatural part relating to talismans was only relevant during the first half of the story. Afterward, it's just romance. The entertainment industry part is also light and not long-winded, which made the pacing more fun to follow. The length of the story was more from switching phases between supernatural, romance, and the entertainment industry, so each aspect was not really explored much. This is a short story with not much plot to test the romance between characters or explore their personalities deeply.... more>> However, I had fun reading it. <<less

This story begins when Ning Qiuqiu suddenly transmigrated to the new world after her numeruous "world hopping". It started out in a chaotic pace but somehow the ride smoothing out along the way.

FL is quirky and simple headed, while ML was more calculative and have a deep mind. Although it started awkward, the MC dynamics improving step by step and somehow feel so natural. Their relationship is so funny, warm, and sweet too.

There are no major one villain in the plot, the story is revolve around FL career as an... more>> actress and her romantic development with ML.

As a light read, this story is recommended!! <<less

It took me a while to finish this because I had to take little breaks sometimes or else I'd die from laughing too much 😋 Though, I don't think many will do that, it's actually not extremely funny or anything, I just have a s*upid sense of humor and find everything funny 😂 So keep that in mind!

The FL is a bit too much in a bad sense imo, she exaggerates everything and is too dramatic about many thing— especially the things ML does. Yeah okay, he makes fun... more>> of her, almost like friendly banter and a bit like bullying but she acts like he killed her pet or something all the time.

The ML is your friendly neighborhood CN novel CEO, overbearing and cool guy. Though I really liked how he wasn't portrayed as someone rude or cold/indifferent to others. He is kind and nice to others, especially women he doesn't know. Having a basic courtesy is so rare for CEOs apparently, because this ML is one of the very few 'overbearing CEO's that isn't rude/indifferent to other women. Like dude, step down from your high horse, it doesn't make you less overbearing to treat someone with kindness 🤦🏻‍♀️

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the ending is extremely rushed. It's almost like the author got bored and wanted to stop writing so the last chapters (~15 chapters) are so weird paced.

He proposed suddenly, we didn't see their engagement period, they married in a blink of eye and nothing was explained over text. And then in the next fcking chapter, she is suddenly 8 months pregnant! EIGHT MONTHS!! I mean, sure, it's okay, maybe the author didn't want to write the pregnancy period because some people don't like or don't know much about pregnancy but damn. The next we see their child, he is ~5 years old. Then a daughter next, we read the FL is pregnant and boom! She is born and suddenly old enough to talk and have basic conversations!!

Also, everyone got married? Wtf?? They weren't even couples???????

Almost nothing happened over the course of ~100 chapters and then in the last ~15 chapters we had a story that could be told in tons of chapters squished into a few.

So yeah, if you want a novel that doesn't require any brain work except to process words, this one is for you. Quick read if you don't laugh at anything and everything like me, otherwise take breaks just in case.

Also, the translation is poorly done. Like, the FL's name was inconsistent, there was someone called 'Little Pool' (?) or something, sometimes that character was translated like that and sometimes the translation had their normal name instead. There were similar mistakes like that all through the novel but it is still better than MTL so the readers will have to just accept some stuff, I guess.🤷🏻‍♀️ <<less

A decent light fluffy read. The start was good and strong and I couldn't stop reading. Add to that MC's character which makes it all the more fun to read. The ML isn't all that stoic either. There expected drama/ face slapping didn't come, but it turned out better actually. It was quite nice to read the supposed second ML be a legitimate brother in law instead of turning into a love rival. Everything turned quite sweet and so - family-ish.

It's good. Decent, and enjoyable albeit not that memorable

A very sweet and engaging transmigration story. The FL is a bit silly, a little pretentious, very comedic, but overall too lovable. She's sometimes over dramatic but it only adds to the comedy. She's not shy to admit she's wealthy and uses her connections, but she has her talent to backup as well.

Jingjing is my favorite side charachter with her over imaginative mind and dramatic antics. The silly dog is memorable too.

The side characters are all well written and not at all overshadowed by the leads, with just adequate presence.

Lastly... more>> the ML is your standard CN ML with an aloof, but overbearing personality, he's polite to everyone but very sly with the FL as he slowly lures her into his trap of love.

No nonsense drama or misunderstanding, just pure fluff and a lot of laugh-out-louds.. <<less
