“Sister, let’s change jobs!”

I was reincarnated in a R-19 novel!

The kind-hearted older sister was the female protagonist, and the three young masters we serve were bastards who imprisoned and bullied her.

“Lala. I don’t think that would happen. They give us a lot of money, and the welfare is good… When will we ever find another job like this?”

Shit! My sister doesn’t know anything.

In order to escape from the original work, I desperately interfered between my sister and the masters…

Huh?

From a certain moment, the eyes of the three young masters looking at me are unusual!

***

If you know everything, you get more and more exhausted every time you try to change it!

Legendary character development for a relatively short novel. Not a lot of romance until the side story, but... it's worth reading for sure.

So, it starts out lighthearted and silly but gets dark. I cried a lot. Very emotional. Unfortunately, the part where the plot started moving was when the translation quality dropped. It was initially decent, but it started feeling a bit like poorly edited MTL because pronouns/names started getting mixed up. It was a bit hard to understand the plot because I was puzzling out who said what due... more>> to the wonky pronouns/tenses.

That said, I toughed it out and don't regret it. The MC and her sister are complicated characters, and they do grow. That said, I think I'll remember this novel years later because of the ML. Bro's character development is so good. Spoilers about it here. Honestly, I recommend you just read the novel.

Spoiler

Unlike his other brothers, he wasn't very toxic. He was annoying at the start, but he's not a bad guy. He made a mistake (a serious one irl, but not anything crazy like locking your love interest in a dungeon) and apologized sincerely. Bro truly felt sorry unlike his siblings lol. He also had a twisted childhood (all three sons did) but managed to grow beyond it. I truly respect him for being able to help kids who went through something similar to him. He was jealous of their happiness, but he realized that was wrong (really quickly) and genuinely felt happy for them. He also pursued the MC in a really sweet way that wasn't forced despite their bad past. He also gave up his position (although I bet he prob could've taken it back lol) for her and learned how to become a commoner. He's also really good with kids, haha.

Spoiler about the ending as well:

Spoiler

It's a HE, but there's no explicit romance. I'm satisfied because I know they'll get together and live a lovely life off-screen though.

Going to drop this for now. Like a lot of reviews mention, it goes from a comedic story to a surprisingly dark one. That's not a bad thing per se, but it wasn't what I was looking to read at the moment.

I also find the translation to be a tad confusing, with switches from 1st to 3rd person and abrupt changes in which characters PoV is being told. I don't think that's fully on the translation team though, it may also just be that the author's writing style is a... more>> bit jarring for me, it's hard to tell.

I might give it another try later when I'm in the mood to try and decipher what's going on. <<less

I loved the humor of the beginning of the book also the dark story after that. But the ending was just bored for me to keep reading so I skip it to the end. It's just a fine ending and nothing more to be remembered. I quite disappointed to the ending to be honest. I wanted it more dark, like three masters make the main character like her sister in the book and see they fighting for her heart. Yeah... I just a weir reader :)))
