Xie Yang struggled in the post-apocalyptic world for many years until he was too tired to go on. Then he transmigrated into a young adult entertainment circle novel where the protagonists have easy, sweet, and satisfying lives.

The male protagonist of the novel is not just handsome and smart, he’s also reborn. The female protagonist of the novel is not only beautiful and works hard towards her dreams, she also has a cheat in her hands.

Get into any one of their bodies, and he could close his eyes and just enjoy life. But he didn’t. Instead he transmigrated into a young idol secretly married to the biggest villain of all — the male protagonist’s maternal uncle.

His title is husband but it’s more like a nurse. Because this novel’s biggest villain is a terminally ill patient who is gloomy and sick in the head (actually sick). Their marriage was to counter the bad luck (illness).

Wow I have tears it was so good (╥﹏╥) I highly recommend this if you want an entertainment, filled with dog blood, and neverending eating melon 😭

The type of story where I directly got hooked, but beside that halfway thru reading I was like "damn this really has a lot of drama" like drama everywhere if this was irl the MC and the other entertainer of that circle would be labeled as problematic 😂 because of the amount problems, scandal, black material and etc that follows the MC, but then... more>> again this is fiction so halo came to play 😂

We didn't really get much info about the MC past just know that he is from the apocalypse age and then he transmigrated to the book and pre much changed everything

For exm how the OG male lead of the book got freed from the scheming FL

(which I actually quite liked after the final dog blood, at first you really despised her and all that but please do remember she was somewhat controlled by the system henceforth why she's like that and when I see it I'm like "damn that rough, but she really got atone for that" which she did and after all that you can see she became more clear? Ok now on to the couple the ML is like your usual tsundere and slightly conservative while the MC is slightly like a bold, dominant bottom who's also a badass and quite decisive (something I could never)

The end was pretty fcking wholesome esp the Weibo post about how much things has change and now you got this empty feeling inside like "wow that was a fcking ride" because when they finished the never ending dogblood you also felt free like you're unbound from this chain but yeah 😂

Overall I'll give this story 4, 2/5 <<less

Loved it! Very well written and absolutely satisfying =^^

The MC is one of the most charming, charismatic, mature, and calm shou out there - the perfect fit for our outwardly aloof, gloomy and depressed ML that's actually inwardly insecure, timid and pitiable. The dynamic of the main leads' relationship is absolutely spot on, very romantic and cute, especially the way both showing respect and consideration to one another, as well as making up for any mistakes that either of them may have made. Sigh~ definitely a Golden couple.

In regards to... more>> the plot line, it was actually a very interesting take on the whole idea where the 'original protagonist' in the end becoming the most disgusting character ever out there. As for everything else, such as the apocalyptic world where our MC has came from, the whole ability thing, and the entertainment world.. In my opinion was just a bonus to the rest of the story - nothing new but still good.

The side characters definitely plays quite a part in the novel, where a lot of them has their own character building and developments to go with it.

All in all, this novel was definitely an enjoyable read with awesome main leads, interesting plot line and humorous yet sickeningly sweet moments. Highly recommended~ =>o^ <<less

So much face slapping... It became a bit boring toward the end, with c*ckroach villains. MC (and sometimes ML) spend their time manipulating public opinion with 'weibo'. It seems that people has nothing better to do than obsessing over stars and rich CEO...

The relationship's progress is good, with MC challenging ML, and making him willing to live. But he lies to him a lot 😔

I would rate this novel with five stars, because, because the writing/translation are both enjoyable and the novel updates almost everyday.

The cp was sweet and strong minded. The characters had no visible flaws in them. There were no unnecessary descriptions of entertainment working process - huge plus.

Still, the main disadvantage of the novel is nonexistence of any real struggles. Like - they see an obstacle - they deal with it smoothly with no losses or hidden dangers. Smooth sailing through the whole plot - that's too boring to read....

The characters feel extremely alive, and their interactions are both funny and real. The relationship between the two main characters is complex and moving, but still often lighthearted. A lot of their romantic developments are subtextual, so if you don't spot them it can catch you by surprise. Possibly my favorite webnovel at the time of this posting.

Xue Yang's temperament is like Song Xuanhe's. They ate both headstrong and knows what they want. Add to that, they are rational at all times. This kind of MC is pretty admirable (not that the others are not; every MC has their own points).

And lol the ML is such a tsundere (kinda like Boss Huo from "Spending the Villain's Money"). Their tsundereness is so cute to read.

Overall, the story is very good. You can see every character's character growth here. It will teach you a lesson as well to be... more>> satisfied with what you have; if you can't have achievements yet, then, work hard to achieve it. People who go through shortcuts will not grow well and will suffer retribution (small or big). <<less

The interaction between ML and MC is the only thing that kept me continue reading this novel. I just loved ML so much; he is ultra super tsundere and in the beginning he was a timid turtle that was too cute that I could just die 😆. Other than the lovely tsuntsun ml, I didn’t find anything interesting and loving. Too much show biz and reactions of netizens which was so repetitive that I skipped them all. There is no peaceful day for MC without being harassed and pitted by... more>> cannon fodders, but of course the MC would face-slap every single of them. MC isn’t a passive holy father type but a petty quick-witted type which I enjoyed reading. <<less

Aw, I think this is very good (amazing) story. Both of the MC and ML are awesome and they always depend on one another so their relationship is balanced. The gong is a cute tsundere Oh my god 😂. Ah no matter what, this story is quite light with enough intrigue to keep you curious. There is no unnecessary drama and the problem always solved quickly and not get dragged on. The MC doesn't have any system, the one that had it was one of the villain. You won't see... more>> much of the villains because they tend to work behind the scene. But you better be prepared for bunch of face slaps 😂 <<less

There is nothing new, groundbreaking, or deep about this novel... but I like it. It's filled with all the usual tropes that are found in hundreds of other novels (e.g., entertainment world face-slapping, 1-dimensional villains, family drama, cold CEO ML, OP MC etc.). But there's something about it that makes it especially enjoyable and a step above the same old same old. There's a bit of an IT factor that I can't really pinpoint.

The MC and ML relationship is fluffy as heck but there is some substance. It's cute but... more>> not overly cheesy or cringey. Their interactions feel very natural and organic. The ML is cut from the usual tsundere president cloth but there's an attempt at adding dimensions so he does stand out from the crowd.

The pace is nice. There are what I think of as mini-arcs that keep the ball rolling. It kind of feels like a QT novel in the sense that the MC moves from face-slapping villain story to another face-slapping villain story but of course all within the same world.

There are some plot holes but I can overlook it and just enjoy the ride for what it is. <<less

Goodness I love this book!

The MC and ML are perfect from my point of view. ML is a tsundere vinegar jar and too cute!

MC is a cunning smart man.

The storyline is good perfect length. Not too short or too lengthy. Every point becomes clear at last and everything makes sense!

And its a HE!

Author is really worthy of praise. I mtled it and it wasn't too jard to understand either.

I really dont know how to describe this amazing and at the same time fluffy novel.

The MC isnt the weak and whiny typ and is instead very confident with badass aura and not so normal common sense (because he come from a world full of zombies etc.). Sometimes I think everything does happen too smoothly for him bit I dont really mind. What I aim for is the romantic process with the tsundere ML hehe. Its just too sweet!

The ML has indeed the overbearing president aura but with time we... more>> will see many other cute sides of him. He will get embarassed alot by the MC and his worries will be disguised by harsh words. Its such an amazing constrast when you see how he was before and than after he met the MC. He is also a very caring person, even towards his annoying relatives wishing for his death and aiming for his assets and properties. He usually doesnt like to argue with them and closes one eye, but MC isnt the same as him, he will directly teach them a lesson with his poisonous tongue for the ML's sake.

The process to recovery of the ML is also very touching. MC is trying his utmost best to treat him with his abilities and make the impossible possible. For the ML to rest properly and recuperate he also didnt hesitate to stand up and confronting the annoying relatives and shareholders of ML' company, giving him many sleepless nights.

There are some details I dont remember but I think everything is written what I wanted to tell.

I already read the mtl version of the novel, it's quite easy to read if you have experience with reading mtl. <<less

I have mixed feelings about this novel but after thinking about it I decided to still give it a 5. It was quite engaging and I love the MC's wit and sharp tongue and how he banters with the ML. I read the tl in CG until 114 and read the mtl until chapter 170 so I guess my mixed feelings stems from reading the mtl since I enjoyed the translated content very much. I loved the interaction between the MC and the ML especially when they started showing some... more>> mutual affection, it felt mature and was reigned in just enough for you to feel the fluff. The ML's tsundere behavior was also just enough and won't push you to feel frustrated.

My mixed feelings were towards the latter chapters of the novel

where they were trying to figure out who was the ultimate perpetrator and who he was in cahoots with out of all the many side characters in the novel. Somehow I felt that the author tried to cram a lot of things and tried to build so much mystery that I think it kind of fell short of the objective. I wasn't quite convinced with how the ultimate villain's persona and character. But what I did find refreshing (since it's the first time I've read this kind) was the presence of a system in the book's female protagonist and the MC's ability core and how they affected each other.

The ML is the exact definition of tsundare.. The MC is 'you nice to me and I'm nice to you, you cross me and I'll destroy you' type... The story focus on the ML and MC that I barely remember the protagonist name... This is not a revenge kind of story... MC only wish to live a prosperous life so he's trying to stop female protagonist since she's the reason ML illness worsen... The interaction between ML amd MC is what makes this novel a good read...

Typical OP MC who is more calm and mature, he does and think things through step by step, is patient, quick-witted, vigilant of hostilities directed towards OC, and likes to curtly tease Mr. Sugar jar, ML with a calm demeanor, lol.

A bit far-fetched for MC's abilities, for being just a gold composer before meeting with apocalypse for like ten years+?

The relationship and growth is gradual and more realistic, it's not just about deal and benefit, but two pp who slowly grow closer together, finding the other company brighten their stagnant worlds.

They respect, support, and encourage each other into having better lives and slowly came out from their shadow.

You could says that gradually and unconsciously he became attached to and fell for ML's tsundere kindness and care before advancing for the sake of their future together.

Ps. Although it was vague, but MC suffers from nightmare about his apocalyptic days daily when he isn't by ML's side.

The begining may not be rosey, but MC is patient and calmly interacted with ML who (title-wise) has terminal illness, insomnia, burdened with both family feuds, business affairs, and numbered yrs without proper mental support other than his frail elderly mother with dementia, see?

The ML slowly came out of his shell, showing a bit of his tender and weak sides after being closer to the MC.​

Later, ML overcame his timidity and bleak life expectation for the sake of their future as MC assured and guided him into being more optimistic on being able to spend the rest of their lives together loving each other.

ML is funny and cute in hiding his concerns by either showing an unconcerned and indifferent attitude, or a fierce facade being all tsuntsun, or being like an awkward strong-headed father lol.

Just that when they overcame all the dangers and MC knew the secret behide his rebirth, it just cut short with the premise that the MC and ML will now have a very happy and bright life ahead.

Overall you get the fluffs, the fun, anxious for their relationship further development, relief as they safely passes ordeals worrying and consoling each other with hugs (and 😘), suspence at every treatments ML goes through, felt happy and touched at familial moments of surprising each other and other everyday interactions which could be said to be hardly-found in their live's experiences, that's why it is more precious to them 🥺. <<less

The MC is from the apocalypse so even if he's a foodie, he can eat anything. In one of the chapters he reminisces about the taste iff fish food in front of the ML. The ML than tries some and begins to think the originals family ab*sed him. It's really sweet and there are face slapping scenes everywhere.

Coming in to say I like it so far at chapter 35. If I have to rate it, I'll give it 4. I love the ML (he's the sweetest and cutest and funniest tsun).

I just can't with the boy band name though, IUD? Isn't that a contraceptive? HAHAHA. I can't read it with a straight face.

Other than that, I'm in more for the fluffy bits (cos I really like ML) so I'll only read along with the translation instead of the raws (entertainment scenes in raws tend to give... more>> me a minor headache). Will rate properly once its done :)

Simply amazing.

ML aka Qiu Xing, okay he’s tsundere but he’s SO SWEET, despite the plot that suppose to be dramatic but no, ML is so respectful to MC and he even so traditional (?) lol

What makes this book special is that it give me a feelings that MC and ML, they’re a ‘team’, they’re a ‘pair’. When they faced hard time, they had each other and that’s so intimate and heartwarming for me (I cried) it’s a very healthy and sweet relationship.

The details about entertainment circle are written quite nice and we got to read a lot of comments from netizen on weibo which is fun to read. Sure, there’s a flaws and the families at ML side we got here are really messy but for a lot of great and emotional scenes they made up for it.

Mama Qiu (Qiu Xing’s mother) best side character, she didn’t make appearance that much but I think the ideas that revolve around her is so deep and emotional. Imagine that your son are not gonna make it and you may have to watch him ‘go’ first, that’s so sad and heart breaking. She’s so sweet towards Xie Yang (MC) and she just want her son to live a long live and have someone to stay by his side (I cried) the scene where she slowly left this world was so heart wrenching. And when Qiu Xing said to Xie Yang that it only us two left in the family and when he said that he don’t wanna leave Xie yang alone just like how his mom just passed away and left him there...

Qiu Xing had to go through his treatment and there’s side effects of losing his hair so Xie Yang shaves Qiu Xing hair while mama Qiu and and feng Qinglin also with them. When Xie Yang kept saying that Qiu Xing is so handsome... I cried, they’ve been through so much

The wedding/Ending. Best HEA ever! It’s in special chaps I think, that last proposal makes me ? and the contrast pictures by netizens are amazing. One where Xie Yang looked tired with broken bouquet of roses in his arms, sitting in rest area at the police station while Qiu Xing in patient suit, bald and looking sick, half kneeling in front of him. And another picture where their poses are the same but they in the wedding suit, they smiled at each other. So good guys that scene was amazing

Weak gong, well not necessarily weak but a coward when it comes to love it was sorta cute but it was due to the fact that he was terminally ill... but he soon overcame it... fought for his love

The MC is really intelligent...

Good plotline

Nice side character

But the ending is too quite

I miss it already
