Xie Yang struggled in the post-apocalyptic world for many years until he was too tired to go on. Then he transmigrated into a young adult entertainment circle novel where the protagonists have easy, sweet, and satisfying lives.

The male protagonist of the novel is not just handsome and smart, he’s also reborn. The female protagonist of the novel is not only beautiful and works hard towards her dreams, she also has a cheat in her hands.

There’s a lot of male and female supporting roles, each having pretty face, nice figures and someone strong behind them. Get into any one of their bodies, and he could close his eyes and just enjoy life. But he didn’t. Instead he transmigrated into a young idol secretly married to the biggest villain of all — the male protagonist’s maternal uncle.

His title is husband but it’s more like a nurse. Because this novel’s biggest villain is a terminally ill patient who is gloomy and sick in the head (actually sick). Their marriage was to counter the bad luck (illness).

It's alright, I love the interaction between MC & ML but there are some certainly some flaws in the story.

I looove how MC and ML bicker like they do!! ML is so tsun tsun and MC is such a tease. Seriously, ML is the definition of an old man with a hard mouth but soft heart. At their core they're both good and are starting to care for each other though. Right now it seems like their romance won't be too ridiculous and their relationship will slowly build; I'm hoping... more>> for that! It never really explained why ML's mom wanted MC married to ML so badly though??? Why did it have to be MC???

My main problem with this story is that MC is too OP. Like his opponent is also way too OP, but MC's background makes it weird that he would be good at the things he is?? He was a gold composer, but does that mean he would be such a savvy businessman too?? Sure it means he knows the circle, but still. The apocalypse wouldn't have given him such management skills. I'm gonna be upset if he manages to cure ML's illness through some golden finger lol.

Also, I feel that a lot of the other characters had potential that will be ruined. Personally, I appreciate an author that will round out complex characters, especially if it's an antagonist. Authors will often just make them very easy to hate, but I think some of these characters started out with potential. However, they ended up completely black : (I'm hoping it won't happen with og!ML and that author will have more dimensional characters...

AND. WHY IS THE BAND NAMED IUD??? LMAOO

That said, it's actually quite an entertaining read. If I just brush up his backstory a bit and ignore the unrealistic points, MC's attitude in building up a company and entertainment circle face-slapping is quite interesting. <<less

It's fun to read. First of all my review is random i.e. What I feel and remember, and it's really awkward.I am sorry for that.?

The plotline is slightly different from strong gong, weak shou. I'm too tired of ML overprotecting the MC. And I like MC is really distant from original plot of the novel. It feels refreshing. And our sugar jar is really sweet??. Although there are some loopholes, the novel is really good. Our MC IQ is still online. And I really like ML showing his weak side... more>> to MC and ML overbearings for ML is mostly trivial matters. The author makes MC really powerful in all matters. It's really strange. But MC mostly use his power for ml. So it does not really affect my view. This novel is like having mixed tastes. Not like many reborn novel where MC growth is specified. Not like romance novel with only fluffiness. Honestly MC growth is only for showing ML that he is capable I think. But I like the calm tone of MC when dealing matters. In exclusion, if you are bored of overbearing ml, try reading this ok. <<less

This novel is so worth it!!! It sad, it emotional, it happy and it describe how love go on bitter sweet. Happy ending, fluffy so much (lot of dog food) , I think this novel is similar to I have amnesia don't be noisy, but it this novel the ML is sick and the MC took lot of effort to win the ML heart. The ML is tsundere as first before he turned to yandere ml. Dont worry after that the ML poured his heart out and become dedicated husband to his wife. The MC also have the same temperament (smart and calm) as the MC in novel I amnesia, dont be noisy.

I mtl this and I still love it.

The character fleshed out nicely with funny quirks. Such a fun read and the ending was surprising.

I'm looking forward to the translated version. :)

Not a bad read. The ML and MC's interactions are honestly great. In the beginning, they were cold to each other, but eventually warmed up.

Which was sweet to read.

The face slapping that is usually expected for showbiz novels was apparent, so 10/10 for that.

The main antagonists were taken down in interesting and somewhat new ways.

It was easy to read and I didnt have to constantly reread something to understand it. So, it was overall enjoyable.

The ending was pretty iffy or I just didnt understand it. For some reason, the MC knew the system was absorbing energy with no care of what happens to the world. He wasn't even sure if the world he was in was just a conciousness of the system to constantly produce energy (?). It didnt make too much sense, like why was he even transferred?There wasn't really an answer, but it might've been because I read MTL. The good thing about the ending was that he resolved himself to not mind it and just enjoy life

I MTL-ed after two chapter and this story still made me hooked even after I finished reading this. This story is written very well, the drama did not drag-on too much and full of plot twists.

Of course, because I MTL-ed it it wasn't that easy to understand the story especially when it's involved with social media war. MC is a little bit OP but it was necessary. After all, his enemy is a mary sue with golden finger.

I don't really see when the MC and ML fell in love with... more>> each other when reading with MTL and they suddenly got together. And there is some chinese slang that I don't understand T^T. Thus, I'm going to wait for the translation to catch up and binge read it again <<less

To preface I went into this with huge expectations and let’s just say... it wasn’t all that. I basically skipped through the last 20 chaps, but unless the author was reincarnated or smthn this should still be applicable.

I think whether you think it’s great or not depends on what ur looking for. If u only care abt romance and dgaf about plot, this could very well be a 9/10. I thought the relationship buildup was very natural and love how the hierarchy basically flipped by the end. Cutee.

If u care... more>> abt plot even the slightest bit, this plummets to like a 7/10-6/10. It’s repetitive, Xie Yang (mc) is omniscient or smthn and I genuinely found him straight up annoying at certain points. Like this is not rewarding in the way normal face slapping is; it’s just boring cause u know exactly how it will turn out. Not terrible of course, and I love that things work out for them, but the plot just wasn’t doing it for me.

The romance saved it—overall cute story. <<less

the rest? it falls short. ok, first of all, I feel like this is stretched just waaaay too long. I am rushing to write this so I havent had enouf time to ruminate what I felt are unsatisfactory and why is it unsatisfactory (take this with a looot of salt)

but one thing for sure, the MC is just waaay too powerful. he can do about anything and even the "conflicts" the MC faces fall shorts because the author dont set up/dont emphasize the stakes enough... so everything ends up falling flat.

second thing, the characters just arent engaging enough. wheres the selfish motives? wheres the flaws? yes, some of them has one but all of those are minor villains. the good characters just dont have enough motivations for them to stand out from any of the other characters. actually, you know what? they dont have to have motivations wants struggles....i just want them to have struggles. or something. I doesnt feel dissimilar to stepping stones for MC to build his entertsinment empire, or whatever.

this is a very messy review. ill come back to edit once I collect my thoughts

It's a fun novel. Not anything especially groundbreaking but it's entertaining enough to turn your brain off and enjoy it. I personally found the MC and ml's dynamic to be funny and charming even though I'm not a fan of tsunderes, but this might not be the case for everyone.

this novel gave me a 'choppy' feeling.. like when you trim your hair and in the first couple of days, whenever you touch it, you can feel where the scissors went... that kind of feeling!

this 3 stars are because of that.

in defense of Mc's OP-ness: it's like, when you were a child, you didn't know busy road carries possibility of accidents and you without hesitance would run to the other side of the road if/ when no one was looking!... but when you got older, you gradually understood the gravity... more>> and became more cautious.

I perceived MC to be like that. his past life taught him extreme situational awareness and necessary means of survival.

as for ML: well, his character setting may look pretty from a third perspective, but in real life, those character traits are extremely exhausting. I couldn't raise a slight bit of warmth for the ML.

plot: story setting is of course generic but execution is different and good. all of us more or less have seen these kinds of situation in many other novels. however, the solutions of these situations were crisp and tidy!

the end part of the novel dragged a bit for me... I nearly kind of lost patience. if a couple is in love, then they are in love... if it is said in hundreds of different ways that they are in love, melon eaters like me will lose patience... sorry! <<less

I put off from reading this for a long time but I'm glad I finally did. It's such a fresh concept. I loved how humane the ML was in his actions and thought. I loved how the MC could not be easily affected by the surroundings and be true to himself. I loved every part of it.

It's one of those novels where you want to tell everyone how good it is and express how much you enjoyed it. I will definitely be coming back to read this again. Great read... more>> and great translation. <<less

Pretty decent. It satisfies my needs (doesnt waste too much time dawdling before the romance develops, doesnt use my brain power, not too long). Bonus points for having a temporarily bald ML 🫡

That said, it's basically nonstop face-slapping/revenge with little stakes. It can get kind of tiring because the main characters have almost zero companions because everyone in the world kinda wants to tear them down 😭. Those who have a good relationship with them aren't usually of equal standing, either. They're usually assistants or something of the sort. I... more>> definitely prefer stories that are more 'sunshine & rainbows everybody is my friend' type stories, but because the stakes are low reading this doesn't stress me out when I want to read something head empty. <<less

Cute! Sweet! Sugary sweet!

This shounen ai ML is maybe the most tsundere character I've ever read, and I love that for him. Takes him out of the "domineering CEO" slot and somehow into the "hmph!! Hnggg!!" one. Don't ask me how, that's the power of tsunderes.

Not a very deep story but generally tied things up neatly and gave the readers (me) what they (I) wanted at every turn, so I had to give it 5 stars even though it's pretty unserious. Also pretty great translation. Give it a go!

4.5 stars a 8/10 for me, this has a couple of my favorite character traits a strong, sadistic bottom, the top was a green flag a bit too much tusundre at times but I'm glad he worked through it and grew throughout the novel.

but I'm really sad that none of the side characters got a happy ending or saw anything in their lives get a conclusion.

What kept this from being a perfect 10 for me is that I like the POV but it's kind of 3rd person... more>> while still being in 1st person because we don't really delve deep into the M C's thoughts because I have no idea what he's thinking especially when it pertains to his romantic relationship, So I felt a bit disconnected sometimes. Another negative for me was that this was a bit too prolonged for a story this could have ended at the latest at 120 chapters. This is a slow burn with Lots and lots of face slapping which felt almost ridiculous to a point

Ironically the father gets off Scott free because apparently they're working him to the bone by making him make money, that doesn't seem satisfactory but I know if they go against the father the old rumor could show up again but they just need to wait 10 years or so and when MCs done with his career then he can do it and no one would give A F by then LOL

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY no smut t I can only cry without tears and touch grass lmao, but it felt perfectly suited for it the MC was a sadistic tease LOL smut would have made it perfect.

Overall I recommend this it's good <<less

I just recently finished reading this novel. I came across it several times, but always put it aside because of its name. I didn't want a sad story. That's why, don't get discouraged because of the title, it's nice.

It is an easy read, I was excited to see what was going to happen. Both characters are quite well written, though they do not evolve over the course of the novel.

It is mainly fluff, no suspense or drama and anxiety.

Okay wow. This is the first time I ever write a review so im sorry for any mistake or confusion!

Anyway. Review. Wow.

I Jist finished the novel and lemme just say it is one of my favorite novel so far!! If I have to compare it to other novel, this novel is similar to 'Rebirth of The Movie Star' except it has some 'supernatural' elemants (system and body core etc.) and MC got transmigratted into a book.

One thing that bothers me is the lack of ML personality. For the first few... more>> chapters (before they get together), he basically said the same thing over and over again everytime he interact with MC. The author didn't explore or focus much on his character build and the same thing could be said the villains and other characters. There's no other POV other than MC's. I wish the auhor would let us know more about other's thoughts.

And maybe im just dumb or slow but I still dont understand how his core and the system work. Maybe the author explained it somewhere and I overlooked it but until the end, im still confused about the world build. Maybe others would get it but I found it hard to understand.

Other than these two, the novel is full of fluff with a hint of angst! The plot was good and the ending was really sweet and cute! The translator was also excellant! Please give this novel a go, you won't be let down!!! 🥰🥰🥰 <<less

The premise and beginning of this story was really interesting, but as the story went on it sort of dragged on its feet. As some other reviewers have said, the author probably could have condensed the novel by half and had a better result.

It might have been because of this novel or some that I read after, but I also developed a sever disliking of novels carried by random netizens comments to explain what's going on. I don't think it adds much to the story and is just used for... more>> face slapping. That which this story also had more than its fair share of.

Something about the relationship between the MC and ML also felt really stiff to me. They were fine as characters on their own, but together their relationship felt like cardboard???

Overall probably should have read this in another state of mind when I wanted tons and tons of face slapping and dog food. <<less

The best part about this novel is that Xie Yang despite being the ‘shou’, knows exactly what he want from his relationship and is the one to instigate changes in his relationship with his ‘Mouse’ (if that is not a cute name for your loved one I don’t know what is). Sure he is extremely OP, sure there is way too much of face slapping going on but the relationship between the two leads is sweet and that is enough for me to know that I am going toreread... more>> this novel again.

Also the premise of transmigration is actually quite good in this novel and I wish that it could have been explore more instead of being finished of in one chapter. <<less
