Xie Yang struggled in the post-apocalyptic world for many years until he was too tired to go on. Then he transmigrated into a young adult entertainment circle novel where the protagonists have easy, sweet, and satisfying lives.

The male protagonist of the novel is not just handsome and smart, he’s also reborn. The female protagonist of the novel is not only beautiful and works hard towards her dreams, she also has a cheat in her hands.

There’s a lot of male and female supporting roles, each having pretty face, nice figures and someone strong behind them. Get into any one of their bodies, and he could close his eyes and just enjoy life. But he didn’t. Instead he transmigrated into a young idol secretly married to the biggest villain of all — the male protagonist’s maternal uncle.

His title is husband but it’s more like a nurse. Because this novel’s biggest villain is a terminally ill patient who is gloomy and sick in the head (actually sick). Their marriage was to counter the bad luck (illness).

Took a break from this so I can't really express my opinion on 2/3 of the novel due to my poor memory although I do know I felt as if I was drawn out in some parts (But I also just have a terrible attention span, so...) but I genuinely liked the ending, it was really heartwarming and that auntie deserves everything and nothing less.

Also an amazing fanart page, some genuinely amazing artist, and really, an amazing addition to an amazing end.

This story is so cute. The MC is pretty OP in terms of intelligence (basically everything goes according to plan), but not so much that it feels irritating. It's a very nice read and the relationship between ML and MC is so sweet.

Warning of possible messy review and some nonsense words. I wrote it pouring out my feelings so I didn't pay too much attention to how I wrote. Read at your own risk.

As for this novel... how can I describe my feelings for it without sounding too fanatical? I would say that it is a reading that I found by chance and that I did not think that it would suddenly be inserted into my favorite readings, but that I would definitely read again. The MC certainly looks and is very... more>> OP but it makes sense when you see him from how he lived his past life and everything he had to experience, so I just consider him a very talented person. But what happens is that this doesn't really matter much, since in a way you forget about it and focus on how much he wants to enjoy his life just doing what he likes and with whom he likes. It's not a pure entertainment novel where the MC talks about rising to the top and there are a lot of slaps or dog blood dramas, there are some of those things that I mention but the MC already starts from the top and he skipped a lot of things that would happen in pure entertainment novels. The rhythm is more focused on the relationship of the protagonists and how they overcome this terminal illness and how their love begins to grow and their wounds heal to grow together.

I feel that the label touching could be used to describe this novel but it is so, so implicit that feeling that sometimes you can feel it and sometimes you can't. I loved how the MC and the ML are not alone and have people to lean on and trust, the bond they have with their nephew, their bodyguards, housekeeper and the ML's mother, among other people, is very beautiful.

This novel is somewhat realistic because it shows all kinds of people and teaches you that villains can be cured and have brains and that there are also villains who can't.

As at the beginning there was a conflict with the nephew of the ML but later they resolve it and they become a true family and how is the female protagonist who did deplorable things but in the end you see that even she had some conscience left.

The mother of the ML is for me one of the most beautiful characters in the novel, she is part of the couple's many sweet moments and feels like a real mother to the couple.

The scene in the hospital where Xie Yang shaves Qiu Xing's hair and the mother and nephew are there to witness it and talk, laugh and comfort the ML seems so endearing and affectionate but with a touch of bitterness that made me strangely shed tears it was so beautifully written. I sympathized with the emotions of the nephew who said that it was clearly a loving scene but why did he feel so bitter, if that was my feeling.

Something to highlight about the mother is that she never gave up on him ML and his nephew and always wanted the best for them and that they continue their lives living well and happily,

and I achieved it thanks to Xie Yang as she told him "you are our miracle". Love the scene where she finally can't take it and has to go to the other side but she's still worried about what will happen to her son and finally Xie Yang shows her his power and tells her to rest easy. I got so emotional because she finally dies with a smile on her face and so relieved that even the reader understands her emotions.

She is such a strong woman that after everything she went through she was still able to keep smiling.

I would like to talk more about this soap opera but I am going to talk about him MC and ML, which is why we come, right?

The MC is such a gentle character because of the way he treats the ML but at the same time so strong because of the way he stands up to the situation of his illness and faces all the setbacks that occurred in their way. You can feel his strength from afar and the way he softens with the ML is so heartfelt that you feel the love he has for him and everything he is willing to do for him. The more you read the novel the more you realize how he pampers the ML and how he takes care of him so that he doesn't feel overwhelmed, isn't afraid and can do what he wants to do. He is an excellent protagonist who could not have stayed with another ML that has not been the one that, luckily, the author decided to write.

I feel that the ML is one of the best MLs that exist in the danmei, and the one who says that it is not is because he did not read the novel. There are so many cold MLs and a few sunny ones but it's rare to find this type of ML, a tsundere who seems to have a hard time expressing his emotions and says the opposite of what he wants to do but doesn't know that those emotions are written in all his body language.. He is shy and scared when he is with the MC but he does not form a deep contrast when he is with others (like almost all MLs) since yes, he can have a much colder face with others but I think everyone who knows him knows it tsundere what is it

Even his nephew after a while comes to understand him, and his moments become so endearing since, in a way, they are his only family.

Their dynamic as a couple is so sincere and loving that the deep bond they have is felt. Xie Yang was the driver for Qiu Xing to want to consolidate with life and wish to live sincerely

and Qiu Xing was the one who made Xie Yang feel part of that world and put aside his worries to live in peace again.

Certainly it is a novel a bit long for what seems to be the theme of the plot but later you realize that it makes a lot of sense since the characters are built well and you get to feel a sense of belonging in the world that the story raises. novel At one point you think when will it end? but later when you finish you think is it over there? and no, it's not because it ended badly, it's because you simply hoped that you could have written more sweet moments that you subconsciously didn't want to end (at least in my case). I would have liked there to be at least two extras but I am happy with the ending in all ways and

I would have wanted the issue of Xie Yang's power to Qiu Xing to be brought up, but it may sound weird but I feel like it somehow implies that Qiu Xing knows. I may be hallucinating but there are certain minimums that Qiu Xing knows that Xie Yang did something with him but that he does not raise it and simply lets the matter go, if this is true my respects to the author for how he left these clues scattered in the middle.

To finish I added that I love everything about this novel and that I hope that in their world Xie Yang and Qiu Xing can be happy after everything they went through and suffered. They deserve a long life with all their friends and family and I k now they will have it. <<less

Dang I think I've read this before when I first started out and didn't really get the tropes in cn web novels. So I couldn't get my expectations right and was expecting a proper novel not transmigrations from apocolypse, didn't realise the ML was a tsundere, was too much on the ml's side and hated the ML for not divorcing him, hated how the ML did not emphasised with the MC not wanting to be married to him against his will and instead treating him badly (without realising he's... more>> a tsundere so I did not understand how he will apparently like he mc), also did not understand the whole protagosist family situation and how he is related to his uncle, etc etc. I also think that the translation I read last time is bad? Maybe mtl so I did not understand a lot. Can't rmb. But There are too much weird deja vu when reading this now so i'll put a pause to it. Sigh, I don't even rmb if I read until the end or not. Also brought mack bad memories from when I last read it yrs ago because I was so frustrated that time. Sigh. I was reeeeeeally looking forward to this too. <<less

Good writing and translation. Loved their interactions and although the stereotypes were there, the story was not boring, their romance sweet and the ending satisfactory. One of the few ones I wouldn’t mind reading again.

This is the very first novel that I found so intriguing that I read the raw version;-;. I love the MC. He’s just my type of person. Has the backbone and does not fall behind anyone:)). Though the part where he knows raps were out of knower everything else was great. The ML tsundere character was so sweet! I won't say that he the most three-dimensional I’ve read but the interaction between them is something I can find just anywhere

I enjoyed the novel from beginning to end.

I liked the style of writing and the main characters. The villains were a bit 2D and the plot is actually quite simple, but I didn't mind it too much in this case, because I had the romance to focus on. I probably wouldn't re-read it, but can absolutely recommend to anyone who likes entertainment circle novels and a lot of sweetness.

One of my Favorite BL ever, the flow of the plot, The MC from a post-apocalyptic world transmigrated into a novel that he had read.

I LOVE The MC & ML's Relation growth progress, romance was just amazing the ML is a childish tsundere and the MC as smart, calm and cunning as he was will respond to ML's childish behavior in a similar fashion. The MC also did his best the heal ML's illness I thought that the story is going to be a BE but I realised that my worries was unnecessary cause the MC has regain his power from his past life. Romance was great and MC/ML were very adorable. But the plot was pretty underwhelming to me. Overall I really liked the book because of the hilarious fluffy dynamic between the MC and ML so the plot didn't matter as much to me.

Romance, MC/ ML-> MC and ML have a really really funny dynamic with a super timid shy all bark no bite ML (huge tsundere) and a really assertive confident MC. It's pretty rare to see this kind of dynamic in BL novels where... more>> the gong is the one that needs constant reassurance and the shou is the one pursuing and cementing their relationship. It's not that they both don't care for each other equally at all though and they both show their love for each other a lot but it was a breath of fresh air to see this kind of relationship as well. It was also nice seeing the gong kind of grow to take more of an equal stance in their relationship, and overcome his own fears because his condition in order to do this. So overall I really really enjoyed reading their fluffy love story with lots of dog food.

Plot -> tbh it didn't really ruin my experience in reading the book simply because I enjoyed the romance so very much and I read it for a fluffy romance anw but it was still bad enough for me to not be able to ignore it. There were too many plot devices/ storylines going on at the same time and honestly the last antagonist was quite a let down.

1) too many plot devices/ storylines -> because of all the plot devices, the story became overly convoluted and it kind of doesn't concentrate on one to the point where I don't really know why its there or why it's necessary for this story to continue. It just felt unfocused and cluttered

The whole female lead system being about the destruction of worlds or smth is also pretty random but unnecessary since it seems to just destroy itself or disappear at the end of the book. Why's it even there?

bad relatives that are obv bad but aren't dealt with until a critical point and who aren't the final enemy anw. They're just there to be extra and irritating.


There's an agency that the MC set up but his artists and their development are barely mentioned and I don't und why he even set up the agency when most of the focus in the book is on his own career and people don't seem to respect MC for his agency anw or for his background. What's his agency there for?

the whole apocalypse background which I know is linked to the system but again the thing just self destructed so what's the point of his background? It doesn't seem to even shape his behavior or his personality or his abilities.

like if they focused on one plot device or storyline, it wouldn't be so bad, but there's just too many all combined into a short novel that's mainly focused on romance! The final antagonist -> very underwhelming. Appeared midway through the book and honestly his actions and set up felt like another random side character that should be defeated after 5 chapters rather than the final villain. Like his background and everything about him when he was introduced just felt underwhelming. Like for a twisted 'powerful' person, the author really didn't set a good stage for him from the point of view of a reader. He felt a lot more like an irritating c*ckroach that was gradually 'powered up' to fit the role of a final antagonist.

I mean cmon his whole background was like the grandson of the head of the family that's less powerful than ML's, an up and coming designer and an up and coming actor. Like at least give the guy a better background so it feels like he's a legit villain rather than some random person that can be easily squashed by the MC or ML. Secretly revealed to be behind the scenes but easily gets in trouble simply because ML called his dad??

Like after he was 'exposed', then all of a sudden he has numerous sources of money and stuff which just felt like a random 'power up'.

And his whole obsession with art/ design also didn't really have any lead up. Like if he were like long shuyou that was famous for being obsessed with music and focused solely on music and was super renowned for music, then that's at least a background, but the guy was just a random up and coming designer that also split his focus between acting design and business? How's that behavior for someone who is totally obsessed with art and design?

His whole character in the book felt like:

random extra -> random extra antagonist -> random extra antagonist that was exposed as an antagonist to MC and ML -> annoying antagonist that was pulled down both by MC and ML -> secret behind the scenes mastermind and obsessed art lover psycho that can disappear even though the police are hunting him down and can sneak into an event with super toxic poison

But just to end off, the plot really wasn't that important (for me) since it just kind of moved the story alongside the romance which was awesome. So if you're reading for the romance, then just go ahead since the story is mostly focused on it anw. <<less

It's not bad necessarily, but there's nothing special about it. Decent novel to read to pass the time with lots of face slapping if you're into that.

The main couple's love didn't really feel built up, kind of felt like the MC fell in love with the ML cause he was there. I will say that one thing I liked is how a good portion of the minor antagonists were redeemable/MC was even able to become friends with them. Made them a little less one dimensional than they usually are.

I really liked this novel..I have read this before but forgot to review it.. Face slapping was very enjoyable.. The relationship of main couple is very good..I don't like to write long reviews but I will express If I love it or hate it.. MC is very kind, sensitive and ML is also caring for MC.. The ending was also very good.. This novel is very cute, heartwarming and fluffy for me

5 stars bc I love qiu xing sm lol he's a tsun but he's so devoted 😭😭😭 and that he wasn't that way before (pessimistic?) ? He was burdened by his illness and became a coward to love and get attached. He's there managing alone all because of his own efforts. Im so glad he has xie yang to coax him out 😭 and they jusT HUHUHHU IM SOBBING

v cute they're v cute the moment the sweetness was there was waaa they hit u with it endlessly. Really too cute. They brought each other out of their shells. Theyre great for each other.

xie yang is a v stoic charac, but he's not unaffected. He loves qiu xing a lot and works hard for him everyday 😭😭😭 they're so expressive, and both so sacrificing. Their love language is offering their life up for the other while the other doesn't know.

Really lovely MC/ML- not perfect, but devoted and committed. Feels like a fairy tale- there's stuff in this book that will never make sense, just like Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, etc- if you just go with the flow and don't ask questions, it's a fun ride lol. A top BL novel- not exactly sure why, but it just checks all the boxes for me. So much face slapping, and the protagonist has his halo, but it doesn't annoy me one bit- I just want more of this love story.

This one is very sweet. I can see why It gets so high a rating.

theres a bit of modern ceo romance, a bit of slice of life action, supernatural, syfi, & drama.

In the begining of the romance I was a little annoyed by the MC and FL got along. There was a lot of testing eachother and (honestly) too much hanging out on the couch on their cellphones instead of talking. By the end of it they were still at odds & hiding things from eachother, but it had become... more>> pretty cute. The ML is actually pretty timid about reationships and comes out of his shell a lot (which I find to be a pretty unique setting for the ML of a domineering CEO romance).

The MC is pretty ruthless in the way he handles buisness which is pretty fun to see <<less

One of the best novels that I've ever read. The plot, characters are all very well written and this actually gives me rollercoaster emotions! I'm so sad that the story came to an end love to keep reading about MC and ML but sadly have to say goodbye. Great translation as always.
