First off, thanks to banoffee for finishing this translation. You did a great job.

This was average for me. I liked the romance between all the couples. ML slowly "cooked" the MC. Their relationship was great. I loved the fact that ML did not take advantage of MC when he was drugged. ML was patient and respectful of MC's wishes. However, the world setting is a let-down.

The whole monarchy and military thing, interstellar travel defying common sense, the sudden rise of democracy after the rebellion. Not of it made much sense.... more>> It would have been logical if our accomplished MC was seen as advocating for omega rights or something. The time skips and plot twists are weird.

Just read this as a second chance story for the ML to fulfill his dreams. In their past life MC (straight) was a star and ML his agent. It would have been tough for them to be together. In the interstellar world, them being together was no biggie and they even had kids. Good for you ML....

Overall, the romance is better than most ABO novels without scummy ML. World building wise, not so great. <<less

I have read ABO Cadets first before this one but haven't finished it yet. I found that I enjoyed runaway guide better.

I know that these 2 stories have different color. One is full of mystery and one is light with a little bit of angst thrown in. I like lighthearted story better because the real world is dark enough already lol.

I love MC and ML relationship in this story. They have unparalleled trust and mutual dependence because yeah their mutual past. But my favorite character of this whole story is... more>> definetely the mecha bluestar! Hope he can quickly win over egret and have little mechas running around soon haha <<less

I am the only one reading, loving and rating this five cause of Craig and Randy. I love them more than the main characters (sorry to the majority of people out there who love this cause of the main characters). The only thing that made me continue this is because of Randy and Craig I found the main leads a bit childish cause basically they are still a child PHYSICALLY but not mentally but tbey still need to act like a kiddo. Good story for the most part, but the author screwed up with the details of Aiden's disease real bad, and as someone in medicine, I still can't get over that. (-1 star)

An ABO novel that every fujoshis will definitely love. The novel is humorous, slightly action packed and have many adorbs moments. The MC is intelligent, strong, and cute. The ML is loveable especially the way he pines for the MC. The secondary couple is great as well. Its just that the update is slow. Huhuhu. Really want to know the rest of the story ??

Hate to say it, but I remember almost nothing from this. It was so bland that comparing it to plain toast would be doing toast a disservice. I guess the only good stuff from it was that it had some fluffy moments, and I like that, but otherwise I just couldn't get the story to stick in my head. Is it bad? No, I liked the MC even if he was a bit of a piece of cardboard at times. But this story was just... boring. It's the kind of... more>> book you read in-between another book, or when you want to refresh your palates after reading something gut-wrenching. Is it at the top of my recommendations? No, but it's not at the bottom either. There's worse, but there's also better. <<less

4.2, although it kinda cliche and worry free, it simple and sweet, I donlt think it had any major problem. Minor detail logic hole is there but u can just skim it over, as for the sweet.. It was there.. And not juft for MC.. But also for side cp too. If u ponder more about it u may feel every alpha character (ml, side cp's mls) are kinda pitiful, their omega somehow not responding at first make them feel their effort is not good enough really break my heart..... more>> The setting abo in this story also really press omega, so if u not like I suggest u to keep read and see their progress <<less

I quite enjoyed the story. Though some reviews are right that it's a bit long-winded. I liked the fact that the ML respected the MC very much. The side couples were amazing as well. It shows that your love doesn't always have to be blazing. It could be like boiling a frog in warm water. Slow and steady. You won't really understand this novel without reading author-san's other book "ABO Cadet", Provides context to the story.

It was alright but kinda frustrating at times. Some characters really annoyed me and it made the reading experience really meh. At the end I was just rushing to finally read the last chapter and get done with it. I was really relieved when I read the last ch. I might read extras later if I get curious but for now, I think I'll just read something else.

I really wanted to like this story. It has an interesting premise but its execution is just not there.

The translation by both groups are really good. So props to them.

Like other reviews I wish that the author would just focus on the main couple. The plot starts with just focusing on the MC for like the first 10 or so chapters. But after that they start switching around points of views and the plot just kinda goes off the rails. Basically chapter 30 to where I stopped at chapter 39... more>> are all focused on the other 2 couples with no character or plot development of/with the MC and ML.

Speaking of the MC and ML. The ML's character while slightly flat is at least consistent with the choices he makes and his reasoning. Its a bit cowardly, conniving and 2-dimentional, but we are given more backstory on why he is the way he is so it is believable. The MC on the other hand is not consistent or believable as a character. The MC is supposed to be this amazing actor, and they he goes with reading a bunch of books and starts speaking intelligent sentences at 8 months old. His character is so inconsistent. He says he doesn't want to be forced into a marriage at 18 but at chapter 39 he has done absolutely nothing stop it from happening, he didn't even try to tell anyone who may be able to help him. No he is just a bad mash up between a gary sue, a not like other girls person and a chad. <<less

this was a surprise. Although there were schemes afoot it wasn't nasty or overbearing. It did sort of give off a vibe of 'i like you so maybe in time you will like me back' and with the MC sticking to his 'straight mentality' for a period of time and showed to be somehow grossed out of the possibility, it was a bit uncomfortable to see. The sudden appearance of 'when I thought I lost you that's when I knew I liked you' was a bit undermining. There was no... more>> hint at all that the MC liked the ML and suddenly he was in love. No matter how slow the romance is, it had to bloom from somewhere. But that's just me talking.

To the angst parts of this novel, made me cry. The obliviousness of the MC is too extreme and is straight as a ruler. I pity the gongs in this novel haha. The bad review got me second thought but after reading it completely, icried. The plot is satisfying especially the character developments of the shous.

Kudos to the translators, they did a great job.

Thank you for your hard work author, translator and editors!

This is a slow burn ABO novel set in a sci-fi mecha universe that has more fluff than angst and no smut.

This is a really chill read so don't expect much drama to happen~ I am satisfied with the ending and this was a nice break from the angst I need to get back to finishing.

Favorite ABO novel. I was enjoying this.

MC is strong and brave omega, who can do everything without help others. He is very active and vigorous guy. He is stronger than best Alphas and they even afraid to marry at him, since he good at fighting. MC is kind with other, but better not to anger him.

ML is kind and caring, he will be wait so long till MC fall in love with him. ML doesn't fell in love because MC became omega and this is doesn't love from first sight... more>> at all. He loved him many years from past life, but he doesn't impatient and doesn't force him. He always support him in any endeavors, either managing mechanic or shooting movies. At beginning he was more weak than MC and MC taught him fighting in childhood.

Also it's have minor characters who have difficult past and relationship. This is their friends and the one friend's parents.

Their two friends this is couple which began from alpha mocking the omega in childhood, but with years alpha realised, that he love him and want to protect. Omega is have character and don't accept him at first time.

The omega's parents, this is also one couple which have most difficult relationship because of many reasons. But one of them really interesting person. He is also omega but he is rich designer who raised a sick child himself. He never complains, but enough shameless. He is so independent, I like this.

This is simple and fluffy story without strong angst and action. And this is not ABO where main characters falls in love because of their special body (heat) or after r*pe from alpha. And omega not weak people who can't say word of refuse. <<less

I was waiting for this novel to complete for past two years and finally it was completed.....I'm so happy read this cute, fluffy, love filled novel......

I love how the ML is dedicated to the MC through and through for making the MC accepting his love for him....

We can say MC is genius but dumb in the term of love emotions which male lead shows to him... but its a cute...

Overall its must read story hope others will love and enjoy this story as much as I did

The plot is very good. Either the writing or translation is plebeian. I want to finish the story and the words aren't too painful. However there is a lot of filler.

Mn, it's a good novel.

It fell into the trope of alphas are better than omegas and omegas are only baby-making machines, tho I never read much of it, I indeed read quite a few in "Men Vs Women" (which I hated) but for me, it was overshadowed by the romance between MC & ML, so the above thing didn't bother me much. Tho, I read this a few years ago and only retained an impression, I do remember how I liked that side character - the MC's Omega friend -... more>> best in this novel.

I also remember how I ignored it for a year and dropped it at the first chapter several times before reading it properly. <<less
