"sweet, funny, sexy"

It may be a short one but this is really good! So sweet, fluffy, and smutty! I thought that there'll be more drama but I was wrong.

Anyway, if you're looking for a short, smutty but good material to read, you're on the right track. But seriously, I really wish it was longer lol

Like everyone else, I think its a good story with some pretty good realism. I liked how there was a realistic period of denial before his complete acceptance of being gay! Or at least, gay for Ruka. I also wanna give some extreme praise to the translator, who basically MTLs it and then edits it into something coherent. It’s impressive honestly!

Short and sweet! I read it all in one sitting. Some details were left out but I don't feel to bad not finding out what they were.

I am not a fan of av setting, however I think this is very sweet and fluffy. Not the usual dirtyness you feel when reading settings with av, prostitution, s*avery etc since they are all reasonable people. A good happy ending with little conflicts and lots of smuts.

I really enjoyed reading this. I was looking for completed translations of Chinese BL webnovels and this was one of the ones I found. It's mostly light-hearted and sweet, mostly without unnecessary background characters (I'm looking at all of those fics with character lists of over 100 characters; albeit I still enjoy those stories too tbh). This is extremely adorable! Especially the fact that they both aren't open-minded and are just forced to do this job but slowly warmed up to one another. I love see how caring the ML is toward the MC despite not realizing his feelings at first. The smut was also really hot and sexy and I like the fact that they didn't over exaggerated things and keep them realistic.

It was a short but fun read.

If you're wanting to read something high in both fluff and smut, look no further! This is both super sweet and extremely hot~ The story flow is nice enough and I'm pleased with how it handled some of the usual cliches (or I should say, how the author avoids some of them).

The plot is pretty straightforward and the focus of the story remains where it should be, considering the length of it. The translator did an excellent job as well.

After a long wait it’s finally finished?. I’m feeling very mixed emotions right now. I actually decided to read this just to pass the time but I didn’t expect to get attached. Compared to others it’s very short at 31 ch I just can’t get enough. So to anyone hesitating just read it!

Has it's share of good smut (not complaining), but also a solid story that is realistic and ridiculous! Both ML and MC are equally oblivious to the gay between them. I was happily surprised to find that the ML wasn't the typical self-important seme and is actually quite self-delusional and easily convinced, making for some hilarious narration and scenes!

Oh my goodness. The translators did such a good job with this! MC is so damn cute and relatable and ML is so freakin hooooot. Like their chemistry just cannot be denied. I am currently having a hard time finding other BL novels like this: well translated, full of smutty goodness, and sickeningly sweet. Honestly, I cannot stop fangirling about Screen Partners.

Very Highly Recommended. Love this couple with just the right touch of realism and read with strong coffee tp balance out the sweetness and in private in case your work colleagues will ended up with nosebleed.

From the description I expected mostly smut and a neglected plot. BUT, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that completely false. It's actually very sweet and funny. There is smut and it is an important part of the novel but you get a lot of domestic fluff in between the scenes. Very good read!

I'm not quite sure what I expected when I started this but it was a really cute, short, sexy read!

Summary: Xu Zheyi (MC, shou) is a film star who got tricked by his friend in the past and is now swimming in debt. His last resort is to act in GV to pay it off. He starts off on the wrong foot with Ruka (ML, gong), a sexy p*rn star who has only ever filmed het p*rn but lost a bet with a friend and is filming the GV too.... more>> They both think that they're straight but it becomes very clear that they are not.

It's really funny to watch the MC struggle with his feelings over everything. It takes him quite a while to realize that he actually likes the ML when it was evident to everyone else long ago.

I think the funniest part is that the MC takes aphrodisiacs to get hard during the filming and blames his multiple or**sms on it, only to later discover that they're placebo pills lol. And I thought it was really sweet how the ML becomes possessive of the MC to the point where he always covers his body to hide it from the camera and videographers.

Interestingly the author switched POV between the ML and MC which made it pretty funny (especially since the ML's friend is literally just called 'Friend A'). So this story is not one that is plot heavy by any means but there are some funny and sweet moments on top of the sexy scenes! If you're in the mood for a short read with a HE, this is a good read! My one complaint is that sometimes the plot was a little too fast? Between chapters it seemed like a lot would pass by and I wish there was more elaboration between them as it was a bit disjointed. Also there's not a lot of character development beyond the gay awakening really but I didn't really mind it <<less
