S*ave Harem in the Labyrinth of the Other World (WN)

A man was about to commit su*cide and decided to search for a way to die on the internet, but then he found an odd site that asked a lot of questions and had a point based system that allows you to create skills for a character. He took interest in it, and when he was done setting his character, he was asked, “You will now be transported to a world with the settings you chose. Coming back is not possible. Do you still accept?” Without thinking much of it, he pressed YES and found himself in another world with the skills he chose to have.

MC buys a bunch of s*aves and has s*x with them, so that will offend some people. Also, way too much devoted to cooking, getting ingredients, bathing, etc. And lots of experimenting with his system and classes and fun with math. And the fact that the author seemingly gave up on writing anymore is a minus. Still, it’s a good novel with lots of chapters, pretty pleasurable read despite above mentioned filler.

Currently there might be not might chapter..

A typical isekai with cheat system. MC go into another world and can consider strong but lack of self esteem, he still though he is weak even with that much cheats. A quarter of story is about food. MC suddenly a good chef eventhough his background is a bullied loner student since childhood. How?

As title stated he will get s*aves and raise them to become stronger

Yes I only read to chapter 40 instead of 218 and already giving it 2 stars. All these skills resetting and replacing feels so redundant and dumb. Also another thing that is a bit annoying. Call me old fashioned traditionalist if you want but he jumbled together: emotion+stamina+MP (mana pool) into 1 same definition. Like "wtf?"

One of the few good points about this novel is that he is not overpowered. His sword is though! And so he works towards leveling up and slowly become overpowered.

I give credits to translator for... more>> actually putting time into this novel. <<less

I dont have the same problem with this as other reviewers. I like that he is paranoid, I see it as the caution of a boy in a new strange world. I also like that it is slice of life fantasy because it means it will go in depth in the fantasy world and it may be more realistic, unlike other fantasy stories where characters runs into every important figure in the world. Character is not OP.

Problem is that it's not slice of life, its filler. I did not even... more>> get to any ecchi or s*x so I couldn't even keep going for that. The character is not OP but he can use multiple job and reset points, so basically paying attention to his testing of jobs and skill is a waste because I can basically just say "MC has all skills when needed" soldier, wizard, villager, hero, warrior, explorer, adventurer and more; oh he also gets 5x exp but if he is splitting it between 2 jobs at one time won't he still be behind everyone else? Yet we see him reach the level of an adult in days despite constantly switching out jobs.

When MC thinks of something smart because he is caution he then abandons that caution because remember he is trying to earn money quick to buy s*aves; and when he gets that s*ave he doesn't do what he intended for her; s*x, he dilly dallies about. Also he his s*aves in his party, but why? He already has all their skills and jobs its pointless.

The translation is rather good compared to others though. <<less

Dropped this novel 4 times so far but kept coming back because I had nothing else to do

The MC keeps worrying about the s*upidest things and the outer drones on and on about it repeating the same things over and over again (maybe adding a protagonist mentally ret*rded tag might be a good idea)

oh and nothing realy happens ever like one paragraph of plot per 3 chapters or so and still... I keep comming back it's basicly World of Warcraft in WN form xD

3/5 If you looking for slice of life novel full of sex/kiss scene this novel is for you. Story line is meh (the main theme of this novel is to building a god damn s*aves harem in dungeon) there is no main antagonist character like demon king or stuff in this novel. I give rating 3 because the translation is good (seriously? 4 chapter a week? That is what I called dedication)

Ps: mybe this novel need r-18 tag, because half of the chapter full of pervet action of mc

Ok, that’s it, I had enough. As of today this novel is a cooking fantasy, the main only cooks, all day cooking, they go to the labrinth get fish and cook,

Go kill someone, save someone, or at least man up and finish one of those labrinth.

The only part that got me going was the begining and the figth against the beastman.

Interesting read that is written in the 'thought' perspective of the MC (ie. Showing his internal struggles etc), which gets a little repetitive at times but still a refreshing change of style. Pretty good world building but can get a little too slow. A little NSFW but not much in terms of 'descriptions'. Worth a read though

Not impressed. It starts off slow. The MC is paper thin, and the repetition makes me want to stop reading from ch 1. The story in itself has potential, but it’s like the author just vomited words then arranged them in an order that seemed right. I guess once you get past like, ch 30, it gradually improves. Not enough to keep me coming back though. If you’re looking for a good quality read Look elsewhere. If you want an almost tolerable story with a prop up MC to waist... more>> some time on. This is for you. <<less

I'm so happy to know there is a novel with so many chaps already, I'm coming from the manga, and the story its exactly I want to read from 'harem' or 'slow life' tag! I've come to hate harem genre because I'm kind of posessive but still want to read it so that's why Im troubled on my own finding the right one. There's one series that adapted into manga even anime but then it is not my taste. At first the MC like 'I just love you and you... more>> only forever' but then the girls gathered around him and the first girl like 'go ahead' even push him to have the girls in to harem. Like wtf? At first the MC refused but ofc eventually he made harem after all. Hopefully this one not dissapoint me. He straightforward want a harem, so I'm fine with that <<less

For a slice of life novel, it's honestly not bad, good really, considering how equivalents tend to be a huge f*cking c*ck tease.

The slow pace is a nice change, and it has some pretty solid core character development.

Now, for the more scrupulous of you, you'll have noticed I've dropped this novel. Now, you may ask why I rated a 4 if I dropped this novel, and the answer to that is simply, the pace at which is goes.

It's a day to day novel and fairly repetitive, which honestly is just... more>> not my preference, at least for this novel.

If you do like that slow development, then I would encourage you to at least try the novel before deciding on weither you'll read or not. <<less

The skill system in this world is very frustrating and limited. There don't seem to be any weapon skills or magic skills. It's like a cheap rpg, and the differences as you level up isn't so much.

The MC never said when he put points into Analyze if there was an option to put more points in, or if the points he put in were the maximum allowed. Also when he was using Partilization, I wanted to know if he could put more points in and unlock more jobs at the... more>> same time for his party members just like himself. None of this has been addressed.

Miria is also the most annoying character, she needs to stop saying desu after everything. And the MC gives her too much fish. I don't know what his end game for switching Roxanne to Knight was, he should have left her as Beast Warrior to try to get the advanced class too. I'm only around chapter 133ish now though, so maybe some of this gets fixed. <<less

the translators work hard to push out a bunch of releases quickly. The most recent update took a while only because the author hadn't updated in recent months.

As for the story, it is ok. Honestly, kinda boring. The world is really simple and the characters aren't very deep. The interactions are really basic. Overall, a good time-waster. Probably wont read beyond where I am now.

A slice of life novel in the truer sense of the word. S*ave Harem tells the story of a young man who suffers from what seems to be an intense depression (possibly high-functioning psychopath) who was searching the web for a method to end his unhappy existence. On a su*cide site he gets distracted by an ad for a browser RPG game which after character creation sends him to another world.

Once there, using his unique system to become an adventurer he begins to build up a lively hood and a... more>> household complete with a harem of s*ave girls of various fantasy races and classes. While most spend their time in the background, their characterization remains mostly distinct enough.

Michio (our hero) is a cowardly, socially awkward harem protagonist. What sets him apart is that he could be the author's portrayal of a person suffering from depression, paranoia, and may very well be a functioning psychopath. He's not above stabbing someone in the back, and is out for himself. With very little coaxing, he dismissed any moral qualms he had about s*avery and made a multi-chapter quest out of making enough money to purchase his first 'hot babe' (who portrays a cute loyal 'wifely' front to the MC, but subtle hints indicate she may be a yandere out of the main character's sight).

Plot is pretty much nonexistant, but such is the case for slice of life novels. Story arcs do become more complex as the story goes on, and the revealed world does appear more and more. However just as a tantalizing vista comes into view, the original author just abandoned the series.

I liked it, and if you want a slow-paced read about the day to day life of an adventurer than by all means read this. <<less

I am currently on the latest chapter and no update from the Author in more than a few months. I recommend picking this up only if you are into the RPG game setting and a protagonist looking to build a harem; and once it is back to being updated (Author seems to be on an unannounced hiatus).

If you are not into pe*verted MC's you probably shouldn't be reading novels with both harem and ecchi tags. However, if you are like me, searching just for such a novel type and haven't... more>> been able to find one that actually ends; I know how you feel...

P.S if you have a novel that is like this and ends, please recommend. <<less

Its alright. If you don't mind its slow pace and easy feel I will recommend it as a good slice of life fantasy read.

I think the most important thing to get is that this is a Fantasy Slice of Life Harem before anything else. It does focus around the Labyrinth and fighting in that, does have a fair deal of ecchi and certainly a mature setting but it likes to gloss over alot of details. It leaves a ton of room for imagination between the lines. Some will take that... more>> as missing details, but I like to think of it as letting you re-imagine what's up.

In the greater scheme of things it is lite on alot of the information, but you follow the protagonist on his journey to learn the new world day by day for the most part. You will get explanations that give you info on how it all works, and then trusts you to remember that as it goes on to build up more behind it. You will find an extremely subtle sub plot eventually, but it focuses the most around the daily goings of how to live and learn in the new world and the mechanics of it. <<less

Quite interesting at beginning but, yeah, that’s all.

I think the author have some quite interesting setting, especially about how the MC patiently build his harem, but yeah only that. The development is utterly monotone, slow and normal, nothing like surprise in this story.

I can’t get into it because the MTL is hard to understand. I didn’t go far into the novel, I didn’t understand the system.

He has 3 titles Villager (+Farmer), Thief, Hero that he can interchange as principal occupations except Hero... He has bonus points from the beginning, I don’t understand how he uses them because he can take them off and put them back however he wants.

Well, it’s maybe a matter of taste, you can try it but I really couldn’t stand it.
