While playing an online game, after Luke bought an SSS rank gift card of Superman, he found himself in an unknown yet very familiar Marvel Universe. And with a twist of fate, the SSS rank gift pack had also come with him.

After he started to do workout and exercise, he found that the loading screen to unlock the gift card was slowly increasing.

However, after reaching 99%, it has stopped moving forward.

And when he found the chance to get his hands on the Super Soldier Serum, will he take it? And will it be enough to push the bar till 100%?

Then will he be the Marvel’s Superman?

This is the story of a traverser who came to the Marvel world with Superman powers.

So I've read all the currently available chapters, and honestly, it's not as bad as the rating implies. I'd suggest reading it for yourself; it's only 17 chapters.

The plot is fine, it’s a generic wish fulfilment fanfic style Chinese novel with system, starting out the MC as Captain America’s childhood friend. It’s nothing groundbreaking, the type of thing you’d read when you’ve run out of things to do or are waiting for a novel to update.

The MC quickly becomes a super soldier, leaves Steve behind and goes of for the classic Chinese web novel violent butt-kicking, immediately showing off how much of a cold bad*ss he is.

What lets this down from being a generically enjoyable read is the tl quality. Whether it’s due to English not being their native language, a lack of editing or a lack of knowledge about well-known superheroes, the tl quality makes it more of a chore to read than I feel it’s worth.

The tl quality of DTs version is probably better than what I’ve read, so if the generic Chinese web novel fanfic with system is what you’re after, give it a try. <<less
