The incomparably beautiful girl, “Mamori Honjo”, continued to be seen through lustful eyes by boys due to her beauty, and through jealous eyes by girls. Boys turned into stalkers one after another, and she faced extreme bullying from girls. As a result, Mamori developed a fear of humans and began to tread the path of a hikikomori.

One day, while she continued her hikikomori lifestyle, a crazy stalker entered her home, which was her sanctuary, gripping a knife. The stalker mu*dered her parents, and Mamori herself was on the verge of losing her c*astity. In desperate resistance, she ended up killing the stalker.

After such a horrific experience, Mamori lost consciousness and before she knew it, she was summoned to a different world.

When she woke up, there was a small cave and a glowing blue crystal called a “Dungeon Core” in front of her. Upon touching the Dungeon Core, Mamori inadvertently became a being called a “Dungeon Master” who was responsible for growing the dungeon. She made a resolve. She would create an impregnable labyrinth where no one could trample on her anymore, and perfect her reclusive lifestyle there!

And so, Mamori mercilessly slaughters any intruders who set foot into her dungeon, transforming into the strongest hikikomori. . . or rather, the strongest Dungeon Master.

I would give the novel about a 4.5 / 10 something that is just slightly worse than average.

I thought there were too many inconsistencies with the main characters' traits, goals, and actions.

The main goal is that she has decided to be a Hikikomori a goal that is mentioned in the title and every other chapter. At no point in the novel does it ever mention what this actually means when she has achieved her goal. When she becomes someone withdrawn from the world what is she going to do? Our... more>> MC has no hobbies, has no interests, and has nothing that she wants. Periodically it references that something similar in this world was like a Light Novel that she has read in the past. If she kills all the humans is there anything she can do that she will enjoy?

I think I would have enjoyed this more if she went fully psycho in her actions and deeds. The tone sounds like a normal Isekai novel but then she will massacre a whole village in a jovial tone. I think if she actually became full on evil and decided to like killing it would make more sense.

This novel also has like a brainwashing system that I thought was pretty s*upid. She can kill someone and then revive them as a zombie with almost no downsides which is pretty lame. If this was the case how are there no counter measures in this world for this? Has no one lived in this world previously? Feels like a cheap way to power up with any effort. <<less

Awebstories usually picks up B or C tier short stories.

This one is a definite A.

People keep calling it torture p*rn, and it kinda is. The MC is evil and broken. Not "destroy the world for the lulz "evil, but more like "anyone who intrudes or can intrude in my domain dies" evil. And boy, do they ever. Goblins, humans, former classmates, ... more>>

No one who disturbs her sanctuary is spared, even those who got dragged there unwilligly

like the women captured by the goblins. They just get killed during a purge, even those who are still sane. She even destroys a village (killing everyone) because it's too close to her dungeon.

She has no mercy for anyone and truly hates humans, but keeps a cool head and plans accordingly.

If you want a happy story this is not it. If you want a surprisingly decent revenge story, where the revenge part is not forgotten after a few chapters, then go ahead and read it. <<less

if you like an MC that's so detached of moral value this is for you

if you detest every being in this planet this is for you

I dropped this at c60 I don't know if I'll ever pick it up again but yeah, I like the concept but I can't stand the MC action, definitely someone worth keeping at mental asylum to get therapy not to being given an OP power <<less

Haven't gotten far into the story but I believe it's pretty good from what I have read. I like the story, and I think people should give it a go if it's what they are interested in or like.

Personally, I will stop reading at this point because, spoiler, I don't like how innocent people are dying or are going to die when they have done nothing wrong. I understand why they are dying, and I don't mind that MC doesn't care because of what she has been put through, but... more>> I still feel sad and uncomfortable for the innocent dying. <<less

This novel has an interesting story because unlike most common plots, the MC is smart and can be said to be a strategist and his attitude is also not confusing.
