one of the female ghouls says she wants MC to imp**gnate her, but instead of waiting for MC to grow up (he's a 3 year old, but over 20 mentally since he's reincarnated), she goes and gets done by another guy (who doesn't even appear in the story).

MC is like, sure, I'm cool with it. I don't feel anything for you, but I'm cool with making children with you when I grow up too. Then, he even goes and helps her treat her infertility and become pregnant by this other guy. He's like one of those guys in cuckold p*rn where another guy f*cks his wife in front of him as he reads a newspaper calmly. My God.

Sure, it is okay for her not to wait for him, but why is he so apathetic about it? Why does he agree with her self-centered plans? If I were him, I definitely wouldn't want her with this sort of attitude. Sure, ghouls have the culture of open relationships only, but the protagonist is from modern Japan, so he doesn't. Unless he's from those p*rn movies I mentioned. Damn, like, really?

Some people will come up and act like ret*rds, saying that ghouls' appearance will age until their first pregnancy, so she did it to stop aging. Sure, that's right. However, the protagonist literally has an ability that let's him reverse aging. He can simply rejuvenate her by those 10-15 years she'd have to wait for him to grow up, and voila. The author is a dumbass, and his setting is imperfect, while those readers who happily accept it, no offense, but you may want to train your critical thinking a bit.

Apparently, the Japanese readers must have told the dumbf*ck author off too because I read in spoilers (was it another review here?) that those ghouls are later being taught about marriage and stuff, so the author must've realized how ret*rded it is (or was under enough pressure from the readers to change it, but the boat has sailed, and this random waifu that wanted mc's children gave birth to a child by that random who didn't even appear).

Then they're rescued and they're completely alright soon after, the author only bothered mentioning some mental scars for several chapters, and then the said traumas silently vanish from the story, and those characters are normal afterwards as if they'd never suffered. Moreover, they were also added into the harem, apparently, though spoilers I read on the internet indicate that true harem later consists of three monster girls, and I really can't stress the word monster enough (insect girl, spider girl, and I think tentacle girl).

The vampires that came after chapter 40 were randomly defeated by protagonist (with small assistance) despite being introduced as if they were really something, for example.

A good example is one of those vampires I mentioned above, she was the strongest among the group, and should be a challenge for MC, but she just got scared when MC got angry, and he randomly let her off, and she randomly joined his happy little group.

A good example of this is when the MC is driven to a vegetative state, and at this point he's gone insane, the author doesn't hold your hand and tell you but when you think about it from the perspective of a normal person he seems quite insane. He escapes from the vegetative state after dying and coming back as an undead being, then destroys the facility he was held in. A team of other reincarnated beings that he knows before he died appear. He is killed by them, because they don't recognize him and just think he's a monster. He ends up in the realm of the god who reincarnated him. He understandably lashes out at the god for screwing him over, but remember he's unstable, so he gets a bit too angry and says he's gonna mu*der everyone who's going to the world he's reincarnating in next and the god. The god reacts by cursing him to the point of where he'll hopefully commit su*cide. Instead he only gets more angry. He reincarnates and gains his memories at 3 months old. Being a baby gives him a lot of time to think over how he got to this point, and like all emotions in life his hatred lessens, more so becoming bitter at his circumstances. He thinks it over and regrets his actions thinking he wasn't really right in the head then. So he doesn't really hate his fellow reincarnators anymore after realizing they didn't recognize him, but he's still pissed at getting shafted by a god. Now you may be thinking what kind of god handles a situation like that, isn't that unreasonable, I thought he was a god? Well you see gods in this all operate and act differently, they are not omnipresent, think greek gods. Some gods lack emotions, some have different perceptions of reality, some are quite human, and some are straight up insane. The god that shafted the MC falls into the category of being really inexperienced with human interaction, and also lacking an understanding of emotions. So when the MC says all that stuff he's like, "Oh he's definitely gonna do that." Instead of just letting the MC cool off or talking him out of it. Anyways so the MC's mom gets burned at the stake for giving birth to him, cause he's a half-vampire (In the place he was born in half-vampires are the most persecuted creatures and equivalent to demonspawn) The town that she was burned in, some old church guy, and a party of adventurers all have a hand in what happens to his mom. So he gets strong and avenges said mom by messing up the walls and farmland of the town instead of killing them all, because he knows that not everyone one there is guilty for persecuting her and his mom wouldn't want him to do that, also that they've sorta been brainwashed by their religion into thinking she was evil. He violently mu*ders the old man cause he's a crazy fanatic, who's a repeat offender for mu*dering people who gave birth to half-vampires and half-vampires with not a chance of his beliefs being changed because they've only been reaffirmed over time. Then with the adventurer party-ha not telling, you'll have to read for that one but trust me it's well done and still going.

The MC tried to save a girl and died trying to save her. She still died though and all 101 people that died in this incident were brought before god and he gave them all skills and a new life on another world. The destiny and skills meant for the MC were given to some guy with a similar name to his own. Then when he was the last one there and asked god "What about me?" God pretty much just said "Oops, I made a boo boo so you are going to be sent to another world full of hardships. Good luck".

The MC is reborn to shitty parents that sold him for a little cash to researchers. Those researchers experimented on him and tortured him for many years until one day the girl he saved in his previous life and the guy that got his powers ended up killing him. The two had apparently become a couple in this second life and gave our MC a swift cuck death.

He is brought to god yet again and he is full of anger saying he's going to get revenge on god and the other 100. Which if you ask me... they deserve it. So god basically says "Ha, f*ckin' try it brat." and then proceeds to put curses on him so he can't be a threat later to the hero's that will be reincarnated a little later in his next life. Needless to say god god is a huge dick.

After being reborn his third time he is born as a race that is hated by all making life hard on him and his mother so much that they have to hide in order to just survive. His mother is the only person that has ever showed the MC love and seems to really care for him even to the point of risking her life for him. She ends up getting tortured, r*ped, and burned at the stake till she died by the village close by. He finds out about this and vows to have his revenge on them as well. Up till this point the story is nothing short of fantastic to me.

Shortly after he starts to try and get stronger and you know what he basically says? "I should kill only bandits that nobody will miss so when the heroes come they don't hurt or kill me for being a bad person." I overlook this and kept reading hoping that I just misunderstood. It almost sounded like he didn't want to take revenge anymore and he was scared of the future heroes? Nah, that can't be it. Well not long later he finally gets his "revenge" for his mom. He doesn't torture or kill anyone. He simply turns the walls, houses, and some farming area into golems and has them walk off leaving the people to have to rebuild their lives. Can this be called revenge after what they did? The MC was treated so terribly in the past and it made me feel for him and feel angry for him as well. Now I am starting to think "Maybe the MC has such a sh*t beta personality that people just naturally walk on him?" Haha you sure showed those villagers! I'm sure they regret what they did now!... Oh... wait... they don't even know why this happened to them. It's been around a year since they burned the elf and the MC didn't even tell them the cause of their current misfortune. I know that if I plotted revenge id want the people to know why they are being punished.

So this is where I stopped reading. Maybe I was premature in stopping? But id like to assume I could see where this story was going. The MC was a "Good little boy" that vowed revenge and decided to later instead just turn the other cheek. I don't enjoy reading about spineless MC's. Apparently I made the right decision because I just read somewhere that he later wants to become a nobleman and builds a harem instead of getting good revenge.
