Bai Yang is the youngest son of a rich family who grew up spoiled, unambitious and having no one expect anything from him. He doesn’t really mind this though, because he’s still able to live a simple and happy life.

One day, however, his older brother got into an accident and is now comatose. Bai Yang’s father now has to consider his youngest son to take over the family business. Unfortunately for him, Bai Yang is a weak, timid, and cowardly child. How can he ever succeed?

Wanting to change his son’s personality, the father has Bai Yang transmigrated into the world of Wild Wind, a very famous fantasy novel. Bai Yang’s father hopes the environment of that world will shape his son to be more arrogant and domineering, as a child of a wealthy scion family ought to be.

However, due to an error with the Main System, instead of transmigrating as the protagonist, Bai Yang ends up becoming a cannon fodder villain, Xie Zietian, from the Demon Realm! In order to safely and quickly return to his world, Bai Yang has to ensure that the protagonist, Zhou Ying, ascends to the heavens so his transmigration mission will be complete.

In order to sneak into the human realm and help Zhou Ying, Bai Yang comes up with a variety of excuses to the Demon King of Eternal Night, such as…

Bai Yang, in a dignified manner: “Your Majesty, that person might threaten the demon world. I went to the human world to kill him for you!” (Actually, I went there to meet the protagonist.)

Bai Yang, proclaiming his loyalty: “Your Majesty, hang in there. I will go to the human world to find the elixir for you!” (Actually, I went there to save the protagonist.)

Bai Yang, with an attitude of selfless dedication: “Your Majesty, I just want to go to the human world to further your great cause!” (Actually, I went there to see the protagonist.)

The Demon King’s face remained impassive but, in fact, the tips of his ears were red. He was thinking: I can’t believe he loves me so deeply…

Demon King: “Hmph! Seeing how clingy you are, I’ll accept your love. Tell me! Whatever you need, I’ll give it to you!”

Bai Yang: “****! Your Majesty, I don’t love you.”

Demon King: “No, you love me.”

The Demon King truly believed Bai Yang and he shared a deep mutual love until he discovered that Bai Yang was having an “affair” with a “wild human” …

This novel is quite intresting and the connection between the ML and MC is somewhat strange as so far MC doesnt understand his feelings towards ML and belives or reassures himself that all this is just but strings of data while on the ML's side the ML is too confident and narssistic and firmly belives MC likes him and just thinks that him showing intrest to MC is a grace.

Overall this is a hillarious story as the main characters devolop their feelings towards each other with their eventful daty-to-day lives... more>> nevertheless our MC is qiute cute and seductive though he doesnt know it himself while our ML is infatuated.

but I feel sad for the ML as he has to eat vinegear as MC has to accomplish his daily tasks by teasing a beauty that the demon king went as far as to send a beauty to supervise our MC with his s*xual matters, anyway this story is extremely enjoyable and I hope many other s would also enjoy it,

i would also recommend these other novels which are:

quickly wear the face of the devil

heroic death sysem

strategy of washing clean a slag shou

fight for peace and love

a crowd of evil spirits line up to confess to me,

but the story can be better in terms of bonding and warming u to each other

I really like this! Very interesting plot too! Pacing could be a bit faster though (or maybe it’s my impatience talking?)

Finally, a king ML who’s not arrogant tr*sh :,) He even has a sense of humour!!! (Omg!!!)

Too bad the system made me drop the story like a hot potato.

Having a strict no-ooc rule is one thing. (personally hate it...)

I've got to say, I had really high expectations for this novel, and it definitely lived up to it. I really liked how the MC and ML interacted and how the ML kept thinking that the MC loved him... The ending is so funny and sweet, with a huge plot twist.

I liked this story a lot. The main character is adorable and really funny. His ai is also a fun character to read about. The ML was likeable but his character went downhill after chapter 70 though tbh I think his actions were not outside the premise of his character as a demon and demon king. His actions did make me lose interest because he started justifying his actions (in his mind only) and at some point the MC also justified it. The later plot twists made me finish the... more>> story.

I don't think the side characters are fleshed out properly. They have story and some are really interesting but they are just too sidelined for me. <<less

I got bored around chapter 40

I dont know, I didn't really find it funny.

I found there was a lot of things that didn't make sense like the MC being punished for not being in the character of a sleazy bad guy but able to refuse any s*xual advance... is he sleazy or not ? I know there is supposedly a bug in the matrix but... it's too convenient ?

Plus I was not a big fan of the punishment and change of personality. I dont know, I felt that really grimm.... more>> I couldn't take it like a light s*upid thing. I probably overthink it.

The plot is slow pace. Most of the time is forced misunderstanding between MC and mL. Which tire me quickly as well.

I think it was just not for me. <<less

It was my fave bobba milk...

sometimes it made me choked by that Demon King attitude when he in his Qi Deviation state, and how he tricked Bai Yan to do the deed for the first time. I can feel Bai Yan pain, should we all the readers smacked that demon king.

Bai Yan, this smart yet silly guy, he was smart when it came to rescue his mission, yet so helpless when it came to romance.

I like the romance though, like my bobba milk tea. Eventho sometime tht deed made me... more>> choke in pain, gradually and overall their story really sweet and chewy.

The plot was refreshing, When I thought it will be the dead end, author sama you really have a way to solve it.

Please read the tags. It's better to read this novel in a light hearted manner. It's very comedic with loopholes and has a lot of exaggerated actions, with very small hints of angst. The story started off really great but the few chapters near the end seemed rushed and a bit all over the place. If you're expecting a story with detailed world building, characters with deep and meaningful backstories, and a well-written lore or plot... look away! The story is interesting because it's funny in an endearing way. The... more>> characters are sweet and cute, and conflicts are resolved quickly. I gave a 5.0 rating because I have an emotional attachment to Zhou Ying LOL

I haven't laughed so much at a novel in months I think. It totally blew me away. I have tears in my eyes.

In general this novel is a little quirky. A little over the top but it's a nice read. Not exceptionally taxing there is some tension but it is mainly just nice and cozy ride of a story.

BUT! Chapter 90 just snatched my wig. This is so ridiculous I can't believe I am still reading it but I kept doing it and I just kept laughing and cringing.

I literally stopped in the middle of 91 because I needed to post this review.

I know it is kinda hard to ask you to read till 90 and without reading at least most of the story the impact of

I read this a long time ago. For that reason and the sake of fairness, I won't leave a star rating.

I remember looking forward to every new chapter that was translated but then I remember somewhere around chapter 45-60ish, the writing really took a turn for the worse.

The characters became less likeable, the situations weren't as well thought out and the interactions between the MC and demon lord became boring. It felt forced compared to the earlier chapters.

That made me drop it. I just came across this again by chance... more>> and I just had to let others know it starts to become super mediocre past chapter 40 or 50. <<less

If you're looking for a cunning MC please don't get your hopes up with this book. Besides being rich our MC really doesn't have anything special going on besides being hilarious I stayed more for the misunderstandings because they were pure comedy rather than being gut wrenching.

Honestly this could have made it as a Shounen- Ai not sure why the author wanted them to do the 'pa pa' it seemed a little forced (no pun intended)

and it works. Make no mistake our ML does care about our MC and their s*x life.

That being said MC doesn't like how much stamina the ML.

This is a great book showcasing how some one so cold falls in love and how their relationship transforms from master and subordinate to equals and more. It's dog feeding seeing how much our ML loves our MC and how deep that love goes.

At the end ML easily accepts being a step-father and right away tries to help with parenting. Accepts being lied to, always waiting for an explanation and wanting to help our ML.

This novel lived up to its comedy tag. I really enjoyed reading this and I can't get enough of it. I wish for more chapters because the characters are just so lovable, in their own ways.

I think that the ML's ideas about like and love are cute. Reading about the ML blushing and getting shy about his relationship made me feel giddy. I also like the MC's dedication and his overall personality.

I loved this novel. It is a pure comedy. Don't read it all seriously and look for plotholes, it's just not meant to be that way.

What I really appreciate is that it truly is hilarious from the start to finish - it doesn't start like a comedy only to gradually transform into a serious plot, which often happens in other novels.

It’s really helpful, yknow, it’s my red week, first day, I’m depressed and messed and curling my toes due to the bloody cramps along with this severe headache.. I liked the start. I waited for updates (THANK YOU) but was really anxious so I ended up waiting for it to be completed. There was a point where it went downhill. The MC lied too much when the truth is already obvious. The ML is very noncon/dubcon. The chemistry was really nice at the start but when the dubcon happened I feel like the chemistry is fizzing out.
