In the glittering city of Ceng Ho Sian that seems brimming with blessings, lies the life story of Shi Men, a wealthy young master trapped in the vortex of worldly pleasures. His inheritance from his father, a large medicine shop and a grand house in the city, has led him to a life of luxury. But behind all this, Shi Men is a man known as Kongcu, a philanderer, a womanizer who is never satiated with worldly pleasures.

Shi Men is surrounded by nine loyal friends who accompany him in various revelries. Ying Po Kui and Cia Si Ta are two of them, both becoming Shi Men’s right hand in exploring every corner of the city looking for pleasure.
