when ML decided to keep his nephew at mc's house to keep him save he realised that mc's house was more like a "home" to him than the other place he lives in and he decided to trust MC, also he advised that they live together

I like that because it is over the course of 10 years before the events of the 'story' begins, there is progress but strange developments on MC's side; I'm anxious for him. Each dungeon he enters he views the memories of the host!MC's and he starts to forget his original identity. The visceral reactions when he tries to remember...

And the fact that he can no longer read the 'original story' after the third dungeon. I love that the main character is still true, and that he's letting his guard down. He was avoiding having new experiences and building connections but he's made the decision to eat good food and interact with people based on his integrity as a person. But not at the expense of himself...

Apparently, the original goods that the MC transmigrates into came from nothing and had nothing. He worked really hard for everything, and still didn't have that much. He lives in a really sh*t apartment and it seems like he's kind of living with his resources stretched thin. The ML, however, is super rich and has a lot of resources at his fingertips- a real silver spoon. Still, the ML would act like those resources were worthless and showed a clear dislike for it. The original goods felt that ML was incredibly two faced and ungrateful and to be honest, I feel the same way too!

I can't help but feel angry with the ML. I know that it's probably because of the family drama that comes along with everything, but his careless attitude about his blessings really rubs me wrong. Of course, the original goods that MC possessed also wasn't smart with his money, but still. It really made me sympathize with the original goods. If I was in that position too, I'd be angry as well.

It's a staple of k-novels of this genre, but the ML's hard nature has made my blood pressure rise. MC saves the child main villain, but the ML's guild rejects him because they think MC is playing a trick. Even when the ML comes to get the child and verifies that it's actually his nephew, the MC never gets an apology or any sort of recognition from the ML's guild. He barely gets a thanks from MC too!

During the school testing arc, the MC prepares food for the child main villain + another kid because he doesn't trust the teachers to not pull something, and the ML freaks out because he thinks that MC could've put poison in it. The MC could've just let the kid die? He got pulled into the ML's family drama for basically no reason, and the ML still acts like he's out to get them. Ugh.

I like how they genuinely hate each other hehehe.

Low-key highly anticipating when the MC finally snaps and ML realises how he come across like an ungrateful snob sometimes to MC and honestly the very first impression of his gave me more villain cannon fodder vibes lol I thought he'd die in the first place MC woke up in. Till I realised he was the ML hehe. Though he did indeed grow on me in the end as I can already see how this'll play out :) also I want the older brother of ML to fall down a very deep dark endless hole that slowly narrows with spikes on the sides ugh one can only dream.

seems like he was manipulated by an adult from a young age to hate ML and do a lot of bad things (not justifying, but I felt like this kid never had a chance). So far the author didn’t dive to deeply about this or mentioned it beyond a flashback

when MC still remembered things, the author never revealed much about his life before transmigration and later MC just forgot. On the other hand, we do see memories of the original body, but I felt like the author is hiding key memories from us. I don’t know, I felt like there’s a big mystery behind all this

both are cursed by ML’s older brother and can’t even fight back because the guy controls the whole guild and have the outer image of a caring sibling/uncle.

The older brother is a despicable person and seems to be the biggest villain of the novel so far. His greed is so big that he decided to kill his older brother and his wife (Hamin parents), maybe their parents (not sure) and put a curse that is killing ML and make Hamin suffers a lot. ML is supposed to be poisoned to death by him.

I have no idea about how much ML knows beyond the fact that his own older brother cursed him and Hamin because the author never dived deeply into it. What we do see is a very hopeless situation, because even though ML knows, he does nothing about - he is just an S class hunter protecting his 7 years old nephew and absolutely 0 influence inside their guild. He could try to use the older brother image against him (everyone else believes the older brother is a good guy who deeply cares about his younger brother and nephew- well, except when he is trying to showdown his power (not as a hunter).

So far some doubts have entered his mind, but I still feel he is thinking too much about going back especially since he realised he already died in that world and that the previous owner of the body also died in this world. Essentially there is no good ending if he tries to go back. I wish the author doesn't put us through that or at least to have a better reason than "I need to go back". Because even if you have a sibling or a family member in the other world you want to see, it doesn't change the fact your body already died. Even if you could go back somehow, things probably wouldn't get better since MC was originally chronically sick. 🤷‍♀️

In later chapters he states that he knew it was his brother that cursed both him and his nephew and implied he knew the brother was responsible for the deaths of their parents and brother. But he still kept quiet because he thought it would be okay now and his brother would love him or something s*upid like that. It didn't make sense, not only because he is repeatedly tortured by the curse and his brother is constantly showing his aggression/lack of care/hatred what ever you want to call it but there is no display of any kind of affection. The brother constantly keeps him in check and controls him with the public opinion (it is popularly known ML is weak and this is because of the curse and his brothers propaganda) but also with the curse. The only reason he finally puts a stop to it is because the brother harms the MC. Was Hamin, his nephew not a good enough reason, author? It was ridiculous and made me think less of the ML. I thought there would be a big reveal and an earth shattering moment for the ML when he finds out what his brother did. But to think he already knew and did nothing... Crazy. Poor Hamin. The child did nothing wrong and yet with all the affection the ML is willing to give him, he was not willing to save him and stop him from suffering. Never confronted the brother or implied anything until literally 100 something chapter where MC gets hurt and then ML goes into uga buga mode and captures his brother, releases the curse on him and Hamin and then proceedes to curse the brother. Yeeey... You could have done that at any point, maybe after the first time you almost died to the curse? Or after your nephew almost died? 😑😮‍💨
