In a romance novel called “The Secret Lovers of the Academy” the male lead would often torment his fiancée–but wait, why did she cross into this world to become his fiancée, the villainess, instead of the heroine?

Louise Sweeney found the perfect solution to escape the misfortune of being the villainess: “Your Highness, I just want to tell you that we don’t have to be tied with our engagement. We weren’t even officially engaged, right?”

But what was wrong with the male lead’s reaction? To her suggestion, he replied “But our engagement wasn’t false, don’t you agree?”

Nah, not for me. If it wasn't for the distracting picture format (and yes, I know that it's a problem with the raws and not on the translator, who does a good job btw), I'd probably stick around to read more of it because while it's rather unoriginal and somewhat bland in terms of plot and character, it's cute enough on its own if you like the genre. But for people who can't stand the chat box/almost text messaging format, the story and characters don't make it worth the effort... more>> to ignore the format. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯ <<less

i wouldn't give a five star review since the story don't offer something new, but there so many one one star review and the novel isn't that bad either, I just hope that the main character stop idealising everyone like the novel characters she knew in her previous life, but out of that, if you like the genere it really deserve a try, I like the ML personality isn't exagerated, he likes the MC but I don't know if he has yet noticed himself, I think that's cute
