MC only gave back to those who provoked her first, so don't worry about the ones that aren't involved. Yes there are teenagers like MC's sisters, but they are those who cruelly schemed against her, so they had it coming. She only did what they did to her in her past life. You know the world isn't all sunshine perfect, not everyone is going to be a saint, MC even admits to herself that she is here to get her revenge even if she becomes the devil herself or lose herself in the process. She's at least not like those other hypocritical MCs who were portrayed to be a pure white lotus or was a righteous person while at the same time torturing an infant without blinking an eye. Everyone in this society are constantly scheming against one another to survive or for their own self interests, it's already f*cked in the beginning. If she didn't scheme against her sister, it would be her that would be r*ped! It's not supposed to be a badass moment, it's her only plan to survive. If she avoid it this time, what will happened next time? Will it be worse or more unpredictable? What else could she do? Let herself instead be r*ped and let history repeat itself? You should know that she's still a powerless girl alone in a household filled with greedy monsters, she can't do jack sh*t to them so let alone the royal uncle prince who held high authority power and was known for his cruel and p*dophilic acts facing no consequences whatsoever that most parents are afraid of while she's only a unfavored "foolish" Di daughter. Are you guys expecting MC to be a righteous hero to save the day? In her past life, she was also a teenager who was taken advantaged of too, by her relatives and by her lover. Her father, mother and elder brother died because she was blinded in love with a bastard. She was sent to an enemy country to be tortured daily and played with so they could lend tropes and shits to help her country when she came back, her "husband" who already had enough, got a new concubine. Her children, her only source of light, were arranged married, tortured and had a tragic end, in the end, she herself thought it was worse enough but then got to know that two of her "sisters/cousins" whom she trusted wholeheartedly had married in to her husband, became his concubines and they even spoke painful words to her and admit that they were waiting for the day that she fell down to her misery. I would already lose hope in humanity and burn the entire 3 households and the royal palace down the first thing I was reborn, if it were me.

- the ending is a bit rushed and feel like something is left out. The sleeping beauty thing ain't it chief.

- Small but noticeable plot holes such as : the San Family whom had two daughters missing and met a terrible fate by the hands of the pe*o Prince. They killed the prince and said to SM if she ever needed help, they'd led a hand but they were forgotten as if they didn't existed in the first place, in the rebellion there wasn't even a mention of them, they were said to be richer than the imperial Ming Qi palace. I remembered them because of the gruesome and disturbing details of the two girls' tragic fates. The Su family, although they don't have to focus on them too much, they played a big role in this novel too so it's strange that they weren't mentioned much. Pei Lang, what happened to him in the future? The Shen family, what did they do and what is their future? Xie Ding and Princess Rong Xin, they played a huge role in XJX's life why isn't there a mention of them at all and why isn't it explained one bit? What happened to most of the country? Was it wise for XJX to step out of being the emperor, did he really conquer the three countries? What happened to the three countries, commoners, officials, rebellions, etc? It was only a victory of war, what about the nation itself? It wasn't explain properly at all. What happened to the 1st Shen family while we were away? Why does it seem like SM is slowly losing brain cells as the story goes on?

- R*pe problem, it was only one scene where SM was drunk and "seduced" XJX *wearing lingering, provoking him and giving him the "lesson" book* he did know that it was wrong but he still did it anyway, in the end SM didn't mind it so I guess it's alright? It's not justifiable but not the worst case ever.

- When XJX was strangling SM, his beautiful hand was mentioned and was the main focus, it leaves a bad taste to some readers' mouth. Yes XJX has a reason for it due to his suspicious nature and his background to want to kill SM at that time but how the author written it is like not focusing on SM being f*cking suffocated but XJX's hands' stunning calamity beauty. But I don't really mind this one much.

- The extra does count, where it was explained how Shen Miao brainlessly went into a dream and met the Taoist whom gave her a quest that if she could go to the great Liang with XJX only then she can go back to her real world and woke up from the deep sleep. Although it's pointless, it's not a big deal, what SM did is the most OOC thing ever, Dressing up as a male and going stalker mode with XJX. SM didn't even provide XJX the secrets he actually needed?!? The secret she told is her past life, XJX is even more OOC when he accepted this OOC SM's nonsensical bs and bring SM to his kingdom without any plans, f*cking fantastic. SM is not a teenager, she became a deposed empress in the first life, became a virtuous and cunning empress in the second life and in the third life became a brainless in love naive girl. What kind of f*cking bullsh*t is this?!? How did everyone let this slide????? It would be a better plot if XJX have the memory and SM doesn't have any memory. Did they forgot about the Shen family and the war? Couldn't SM tell the secrets so XJX can make his imperial older brother live longer? What happened to the dream XJX and the real dream SM when SM returned back to her real world? What is considered real and what is considered as fake? This third meeting with the Taoist is f*cking pointless. The Taoist is f*cking useless as dog shit. Third meeting my a**hole, I was looking forward to it because the second meeting makes me feel like woah that is f*cking cool and foreshadowing! This Taoist is wicked!!! This sleeping beauty sh*t is no more than to add s*upid drama. It's even more s*upid that SM got jealous of XJX in the dream. F*cking no IQ and crazy couple is here!!!

- the ML : sometimes very unreasonable, a bit violent, a bit possessive, when you read it you'll see it but It's not a huge deal for me, he's just ur typical male lead that has a cold and arrogant bad boy facade but with a soft heart type of guy. Most of the times, I think he's reasonable but at the near end or extras, he's just plain chaotically dumb.

- The translation felt like a MTL, There are many grammar mistakes like he/she, names mistaken, broken grammar, sometimes I cannot imagine the scene because of the wordings, it make me feel like it's dull and bland. I sometimes couldn't get into the story because of it and it makes me pause to read it.
