She belonged to the demon king subjugation party of her fiancé, Kasdar, but was expelled and abandoned because he thought her ability to produce flour was lame.
Her family, the Viscount family, was also taken over by her uncle, so she became an orphan. However, she finally obtained freedom for the first time in her life.
Hiira used her skill as a flour saint to open the [Saint Restaurant] near the demon king’s castle, which was avoided as a polluted land.
The restaurant was bustling with unlimited flour from the saint and delicious food.
She enjoyed her life to the fullest, and there was a man who watched over her.
There was Demon King-sama, who was kind but somewhat lonely, and the mysterious masked ninja, Synovidos Igahan.
For some reason, the two of them appeared alternately in front of Hiira.
“You never notice anything, Hiira-chan.”
Even the demon king’s servant, the black dragon, was amazed.

- fluffy story of long-suffering, good people trying to do good, and making friends along the way
- good people win, bad people suffer (although, see below)
Bad:- not enough food bits
- The "comeuppance" feels lacking given what the saint has had to go through
- Some of the plot elements is very obvious and goes beyond the realm of tropes. The characters are unusually oblivious, and the author giving explicit messages for what will happen next ("Unfortunately, her joy was short lived" -- type of explicit hinting). This is a largely a style issue, but it feels clumsy and heavy-handed
Ugly:"Man kidnaps and ab*ses minor, and leaves her to die in a forest". The pretext for the engagement is for unmarried people to spend a night alone in a room together. ok...
