This is definitely one of my most enjoyable reads of all time. The comedy is hilarious on this novel, the only thing I don't like is the rushed ending.

first what 400 chapters the first arc world or what not are great 4/5 star at least for this comedy action genre. The book should of ended the author only had the first arc planned out. First arc was excellent, then filler, inconsistency, (somewhat decent overall plotline), filler, filler, filler, good joke, filler, filler, filler, filler, filler, plot line, filler..... inconsistency, action, MORE FILLER, like way more filler. This is bad filler most of the time. I guess author was getting paid so his plans changed made a 600... more>> chapter book into 1150 chapter book. <<less

This was a very fun read, Its certainly not as good as Release that Witch or Wizard of the Magus World but it was very entertaining. I was laughing all through out the book.

As expected of most chinese web novels there are fillers. But even so it was FUN.

Tried reading it in the past (probably 2/3 of the novel) and decided to try reading it again. While some of the jokes are funny, I feel that they are overused as fillers to distract readers from noticing that the plot has not advanced that much. The plot itself is rather underdeveloped and stretched too blatantly. It feels like watching a Chinese version of DBZ.

The system is fleshed out, the ending makes sense (the system is explained), the techniques used are interesting and it is funny.

Warning this review is all SPOILERS I repeat all SPOILERS.

for me personally I’d rate 4 or even 5 but this novel is only good. It’s got too many minor flaws and repeat sh*t that yes I can turn my brain off for but I shouldn’t have to. That’s why I’ll give it a 3.

I dropped after bird met parent oz. The 3 pervs meet their grandparents and MC returned to Xuanyuan world after stuff. Just for lowkey nos-trip. I started feeling distant from the novel around the 650-700 range so... more>> I kinda skipped straight nos. I’ll admit the no’s did draw me back I did intend to finish the novel because for the most part I did enjoy the read a lot. No regrets here.

As I was drawing back though especially with WangBully dog revealing his knowledge of MC intentions my interest was rekindled to say the least. That interest was immediately doused because when he f*cked around. There’s a joke that everyone in this world other than the MC are ret*rds who would rather smash their heads through a mountain than walk around it.

Yet the Motherf*cking human king f*cktard commits not only an act of supreme ret*rdation by letting someone do something. He’s also did the same something to kill someone who was way stronger than him at the time. Going on to berate that dead guy spouting his normal antic nonsense (Funny/unfunny) along with taking pride in his ‘intelligence’.

Yet here he is Supreme overlord Intelligence falling for a trick that he’s not only used in the past word for word but it’s a trick that he’s adapted or even taken the tricks underlying principal and applied it to specific situations (Teng Long? is it...). WTF!?, , ?! Seriously yours truly didn’t even wait for the outcome of that action I immediately left that novel behind. I feel sad I couldn’t read more about chicken trio without context they some basic stereotypes that might no be that funny but when you think about the type of legendary beast their father is and the bloodline coursing through their veins it makes it so much more hilarious.

No joke choking. Un-lie it was the first time in my life I’ve ever choked from laughter. It wasn’t the funniest sh*t I’d seen or heard but it was so forceful in its approach that I couldn’t even laugh out properly it was like I was trying to stifle my own laughter because when I thought about it logically it made absolute-zero sense for it to be that funny but it was..

I like how the plot work I mean yeah it start well and I really laughed so much especially when he was learning the stealing monkey ball skill lmao and those sneak attacks xD I know this would turn into harem which I really hope its not but meh. The mid chaps kinda uhm messed up🤔

Shameless OP MC what more one needs? I would give it 3, 5 if I could.

If you except rich world building, side character depth or story without plot holes then you came to wrong place. This is good old ass kicking story and nothing more, nothing less.

A bit repetitive, author forgets more than half things they introduced and last 150~200 chapters felt super rushed.

I'd probably rate it a 4.2, I feel the rating is a bit low. So far it's been a fun novel to read. Not the most politically correct novel though. Definitely not an accurate portrait of female characters. It's funny. My favorite part so far:

Edit: Finished the novel. I recommend it. It seemed to drag on a bit towards the end, but the author sped through the finish. Usually I dislike authors doing this, but I had started to get bored with about 10-15 chapters to go. Not a spectacular ending, but it finishes with closure. <<less

Wow.

Just wow.

First of all, this story has some of the funniest scenes you will ever read. I had to actually stop reading for a while just to let the laughter out. There's a few tear-jerking moments. you have some of the stereotypical cultivator slap your face don't show respect moments.

Beautiful women, dangerous places, Ascension, dungeons, villains... All wrapped up in a main character who is incredibly rebellious and is perfectly willing to have no shame! But even while he'll scam and steal and punch and so forth... At the end... more>> of day he'll still stand up for what's right even if it's not what you think is right.

I've got a few bits of criticism but the biggest one is as follows:

At the end of the story everything is wrapped up... But it's sort of bittersweet. I was both impressed and a bit heartbroken... And the few strings that were not wrapped up would have only made everything more tragic.

The side characters are honestly memorable, some of the scenarios are so bizarre you have to sit down and just reconsider your life, the stereotypes are both in here and sometimes lampshaded...

There are many novels that I've tried to force myself to read and couldn't make it through, thankfully this is not one of them. There were some sections I had a real hard time enjoying, but the vast majority of this story makes it worth it.

I have fully read the story, and I believe you would enjoy it.

This novel is really interesting. The translations are also very good. Basically, I love system stories and I couldn't find any system novels like "The strongest system" even if I searched.

The novel is written in a humorous tone and I really like Lin Fan and those ridiculously amusing + funny techniques and skills. I also learnt to raise my chin towards sky while facing other people. Ha-ha!

It is what you expect. At times it manages to pull of absolutely comedic scenes (for example speaking gibberish with the construction workers). But on the other hand you also got absolutely weird stuff, with a heavy fixation on SM and BL. I found the latter very awkward, and not very funny at all.

I like the overall world and the whole sect business is good, but sometimes the author just derails everything and makes you go "wtf am I reading?" 3*. <<less

The novel is very funny. I felt very refreshed after laughing so much. But eventually there were many things in the novel that I don't enjoy (such as a harem) therefore I'm dropping it. As for the plot I was never interested much since the beginning I just liked it for the comedy. The premise for this is very good. I think that even a serious novel with a similar premise would be fun to read.

I have read this entire book and I have to say that it is a quite enjoyable read the only downside is that not only did the ending come to fast it also s**ked. The author may have just wanted to move onto something else but there was so much more he could have done. So overall I would recommend that you read it because it was funny and quirky with a good overall story.

Okay I just realize its a harem novel. I dont like harem novel, and at first when I read the novel I dont really like how blunt the MC. But as the time goes I can really have a good laugh with the MC. I have to say that this story kinda boring with the monotone plot, fight-win, fight-lose-hide-win. But as the time goes it get slightly better, and my curiosity only lays on how strong he will be. I always have a good laugh with the dirty jokes.

Give it an opportunity like your mom and dad did making you. Not everything in life is interesting right off the bat because it requires immersion in order for you to like what you're doing. I get it that everyone judges by cover and looks and reviews, but sometimes seeing is believing for some things in life like this novel. Also read it on Webnovel so you can read all 1000+ chapters and read the heartfelt comments of those readers at that time. Because like a book, "History is written... more>> in it and stored, and those feelings can be passed from one another in forms such as ideas. For every man/woman has limited time on this Earth and everything is temporary, but ideas can live forever." - mish mash of trying to be philosophical <<less

Literally the first thing you read is one line of dialogue and a wierd run-on sentence that doesn't describe anything meaningful. The author immediately introduces the main character and that he transmigrated in the past. Why is that the VERY FIRST THING you describe about the MC? Is that his main defining character trait? Is he weak? Is he a loner? NOPE his ONLY MAJOR character trait is that he transmigrated, apparently. Slow down there buddy, let me breath a little bit. Like where the hell are they? What's the... more>> environment? What's the state of the world? Why's he getting beat up? What the hell is a devil sect? What preliminaries? Why did the author skip the transmigration experience to a year later? Explain these things firrrrrst ugh it makes me mad. I understand that the first chapter is supposed to be plot-light and draw readers in, but it's also supposed to set the mood and setting. This first chapter did a great job at doing the former, but it lost the latter. IMO this book has a lot of potential but it needs to chill the f*ck out first. Baby steps, author. If the rest of the novel is like this, then I'm very disappointed.

3 stars because I could at least get past the first chapter without having an aneurism, which is saying a lot from what else I've read. <<less

Very good story, hilarious and shameless, but the ending is rather abrupt and seemed rather forced and at the lot of things he does become meaning less and at the end MC seemed to become rather emotionless in compared to when the story start where he was excessive of emotion and does a lot of s*upid things and all in all the story would have been much better if the author hadent rushed it.

This is just hilarious. Sure, there are some flaws in it and some holes, but I guarantee that if you go at this with a light heart you'll enjoy the hell out of it. It's just too funny. There were some serious arcs that brought it down a little bit, but at chapter 700-ish, it still mantains the absurdness from the beggining. Even the same absurd techniques from the beggining have evolved and are still there. This is just a blast.

every event is written well

Each chapter makes you wanna read more

MC personality on early chapter makes you wanna kill him so bad

Our plot armor is only one, The strongest System. Yet, that is enough, there is some entity that MC still run away from.

The biggest plus is a JOKE. Ah I mean THE JOKE. Yes the novel is HELLARIOUsly funny.

Gifted Author, Gifted MC, and nice story.
