Shen QingShu, 22, died in an accident. His biggest regret before his death was that he’d been single all his life. He obviously wasn’t a monk, but he’d never eaten meat.

Then, when he opened his eyes, he saw a handsome, self-assured man standing before him. The handsome man parted his thin lips slightly and asked, “Wanna have a one-night stand?”

Shen QingShu didn’t hesitate at all. “Let’s do it! Twice!”

The next morning, Shen QingShu woke up aching all over. Only then did he discover he’d transmigrated into a book. The handsome guy beside him who’d gone two rounds with him was the protagonist gong, Han Cheng, the second son of the Han Group.

And the original owner of this body was just a disliked, death-seeking cannon fodder.

Tool man Shen QingShu immediately felt the call of duty. Eyes shining, he prepared to push the plot forward.

“Don’t come looking for me in the future.” Shen QingShu was extremely self-aware.

Han Cheng was shocked. “Why? Do you have feelings for someone else? Who is it?”

Shen QingShu: … Darling, this reaction isn’t quite right.

“I don’t accept this,” Han Cheng said, furious. “One day as husband and wife means a hundred days of grace. Can you even calculate how much grace we have?”

Shen QingShu: … No, wait, what are you talking about? It’s not like I’m your wife. I’m just a tool man, and it’s time for me to go offline!

However, Shen QingShu found that not only did the protagonist gong refuse to let him go offline, he was going to make him his bride!

Actually at the beginning of the story HC (ml) and SQS (mc) have a fun and funny relationship. The SQS family after transmigration is very brainless and weird, but I can still tolerate it because this is one of the author's works that I love.

HC takes good care of SQS and always supports him, even though he initially didn't support SQS's career in entertainment but he understands that he can't manage other people's lives. This is a light and funny story, almost 60 more chapters are needed before SQS is... more>> really shown to deepen his acting career which he loved and dedicated in his previous life and his intentions in this life.

And to be honest, I felt bored when the SQS suddenly wrote bunch of story about him and HC that I thought was too sudden for the characters, and the further I read the story the more boring I felt. The development is a bit messy with the flow of stories I usually read from the same author and this is probably the lowest rated story I can give.

Normally I could re-read Li Anshi other story for 2-3 times, but maybe not for this one. <<less

This was one of the best novel I have read. I keep coming back and re-reading it.

if you're curious Han Yu is interested with the brother of Shen QingShu, Shen Qing. When Qingqing return to his original world it was shown that Han Yu had seen Shen Qing one time while climbing a mountain and accidentally photographed Shen Qing. When Han Yu saw him again he said he would not let him go as he did when he took his picture. He used the reason on preparing the wedding of ML and MC to always stay in contact with him. They call each other Xiao Shen and Xiao Yu, against the wishes of Shen Qing. It was the arc If Qingqing wears it back.

This is too good. I've been laughing to much... this is good exercise! The MC ML relationship is amazing! He's so smart and sharp no lotus or bit*h of any flavor can match. My only regret is that I can't suggest this story to any of my friends (because they don't read bl)

Just ain’t my cup of tea right now lol

The banter is funny but I think that it’s a bit overdone. Like they’re in their 20s already but because of the too much banter, I initially thought they were 12-15 year olds.

It’s funny but the face slapping kinda feels forced.

Anywaaay this is just my personal take on this novel. Still give it a try!

Fluffy, relaxing, lightly comedic BL romance involving transmigration into a novel and entertainment circle (so far). Translation is good. I like that the MC (who is a cannon fodder in the novel world) happily has an intimate relationship with the ML but is rational and plans to leave when the novel world's real hero shows up (so as to avoid his own grisly cannon fodder death) (I'm sure the story will be altered by the MC, but it's just so nice to have a reasonable adult relationship shown.)

However, the... more>> car metaphors are constant. The MC is the luxury car (shou), the ML is the driver (gong), they drive underwater (in baths), on mountains (in bed), other people are potential cars and drivers, etc. It's non-stop car metaphors, which gets annoying/boring. There's also quite a lot of modern slang. <<less

Ahhhhhhhhh this is so good!!! So refreshing, funny and fluffy! I felt like im floating on a cloud every chapter bcos of how sweet they are... literally the author put every traits of how a lover dream should be like to both of our mains cp. They equally love each other so much it's overwhelming and give you butterflies, so if you guys were looking for a couple with healthy relationship with no misunderstanding serve u dog food each chapter then read this immediately!! The dialogues are so funny, the sense of humor had me cracking up a few times !

Really fun, dog blood drama, face slapping story. The CP are so in love in a very refreshing way, they love each other and love to reaffirm their love to one another, they both communicate really well. After the kidnapping it felt a little boring because the antagonists don't really appear much after. Without a few rounds of face slapping in between work and success -- the pace was a little tiring to read,... more>> but it's still really satisfying if you enjoy entertainment novels. <<less

Hard to rate since I'm reading the MTL which is collectively destroying my brain cells. I'm also sucky at MTLing fluff novels because my interest decreases exponentially over the course of a long novel like this one.

However, it was a pretty enjoyable ride before with a pretty lively ML and MC, and after c90 it starts picking up so I'm hoping the overall story here once completely translated will be nice. But the way the MC and ML deal with their respective conflicts... I have to say it's very poorly... more>> and selfishly thought out a lot. That's one con of this novel.

But this is fluff so I'm going to try to give this the benefit of doubt and not take everything too seriously and just enjoy the comedic ride, our shameless MC and ML, and few serious moments weaved in between. Also, don't read the MTL. Or do, but it's slowly decreasing my grammar levels. <<less

Pretty funny novel, although there were some parts that almost made me throw my phone from the second hand embarrassment. Poor ML, getting caught in embarrassing situations by his evil loving big brother. Devious big brother was the best character in the novel.

This couple has pretty good communication and they hit it off pretty quickly. There is a bit of emotional turmoil in the middle when the novel's protagonist shou pops out, but it's very brief.

I will not say more than the other reviews

It's a light read, really sweet and fluffy.

Like MC at the beginning as he's grasping for the thing he want without shame. But as soon as they are a couple it's classic mc/ML dupynamic and some "oh no I don't want s*x anymore".

Also there was some side plot who went nowhere like Cao yu (the one with a golden investor who seemed to be a bad guy but... nothing, and that bothers me. In reborn as the villain president lover there is... more>> a character a bit like him that developped in the side story and that's one of my favorite side character so I was hoping to find something similar).

The stuff with the adopted brother was weird and all over the place.

Anyway, it's funny enough and again it's light read. Sometimes you don't have to search for more. <<less

I enjoyed reading it, the characters are good, and I laughed a lot while reading. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was so long that in the last chapter I started to feel bored, but the bottom line is that it is a good story. I loved it. I will read it again.

I am really enjoying this novel. Yes, there are typo's and editing errors in the translation but they don't matter as I am thankful to the translator for their work and for sharing it with me. There are so many green flags! Apart from very clearly identified negative characters, who I must emphasize suffer utter embarrassment and humiliation at every turn, all the friends and relatives are so very GREEN! 5 Stars!

I just came here to say— god I love this author so much, like first I read the villain president’s lover and I was like “I need to read more of her works”

let me tell you the amount of Green Tea and Car mentions had me cackling up the walls, the MC is such a dramatic and a savage— and I love him for that. And the ML has to be one of my favorites, like Chu Cheng from VPL. I want a man like these two asdjdnelflf.

This is the funniest book I have ever read. I was laughing so hard at points that I had to hold my stomach and was crying. I mean, it was full on audible laughter 🤗 I was constantly chuckling while reading this.

Characters 5/5

... more>> The MC is also one of my favourite MCs of all time. He goes for what he likes and never looks back. He has courage and loves life and the ML with all his soul.

The ML is another one on the best characters list. He is so cute, childish, responsible and a great partner. If I could find somebody like him to accompany me I would have no regrets.

The characterization of the MC and ML is so thoughtful. They come across as real three dimensional people. I cannot stress enough how great the characters in this book are. I truly have to commend the author.

Romance 5/5

The romance here is sooooo cute. It is such a healthy and happy relationship and you can really feel their love for each other through the page. I could not keep the smile of my face while I was reading.

Translation 5/5

Thank you translator for picking up this book and translating it so well. The MTL (For the extras) is also readable enough.

Plot 4/5

If you want a really plot heavy book this is not for you. This story is more of a slice of life book, you basically follow the MC and ML through their daily lives and interactions. Their are some weird moments, especially with the face slapping portion of this novel. Their was one part in particular that I felt was really unnecessary and didn't really fit into the story (It kinda felt like reading a different book altogether). But it was only 2 chapters and I don't really think its fair to lower the rating about it.

This story is very fluffy, very funny, super entertaining and the romance so so sweet and fulfilling.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OH MY GOD IF I COULD RATE IT 100/10 I WOULD. It may seem like all over the place esp coz both MC and ML really like to act in front of green teas to face slap them lmao I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING LMAO. The relationship between the two main characters is extremely sweet. Their communication and understanding of each other is great.

My only issue is that everything that happens is TOO convenient and is resolved too easily. There’s a spectrum between over-dramatic and no-conflict. This borders on no-conflict. Yes, there are antagonists and problems, but ML basically solves everything and MC coasts along.

I love this novel so so much, everything about it is amazing! A must read! It super funny super sweet the love they have for each other is truly heartwarming. I also love the interactions with the ML’s older brother, funny as hell. One of my favourites!

Still reading for now but will probably stop soon.

Overall the novel is really great. Very lighthearted and fluffy, a lot of face slapping and very Mary Sue. All the antagonists’ IQ are offline and they’ve been face slapped by the MC and ML so many times they’re more of cannon fodders. After the last antagonist goes offline, it seems to be mostly spreading MC and ML’s sugar.

Unnecessarily too long... Author could cut it shorter but decided to fill up a lot of fillers, although some are fun. Honestly tho this author's works are either hit or miss. I've read her previous works where some are hella boring while some are good like this one, just too long.

I'm just leaving a review now since I'm reading it waaaay slower than usual cuz I'm starting to get tired of it... My attention span is not great lol.

I love both MC and ML, they are so perfect for each... more>> other. Thankfully MC changed ML's fate or else he'll lose his original brilliance. Btw Han Cheng is one of the best ML in danmei too! Mah man is so precious! Also love his bro Han Yu a lot, this guy is golden...

I love a lot of characters here and also hate some... Overall if you don't mind reading a long story with casual showbiz full of dog food and laughs then go ahead try this out. If it is in a theme of interstellar or just some fantasy the length would be ideal cuz I wish the previous novel I read is this long... Just speed run the filler chapters since some are insignificant or doesn't affect much the story. <<less
