Almost everything was good until the middle part, where it started to stale, only for the author to do a 180 on the main story, with such a pull of the rug with the time travels.... honestly I'm not sure if it was the best option to make it unique, or a last ditch effort to finish the story, personally? the ending was the best part.

If you enjoy works such as "The Eminence in Shadow", "Tearmoon Empire", or "This Academy is Doomed!" where the humor is derived from the MC intentionally trying do one thing, but the opposite happens, then you'll enjoy this. It's gotten a couple chuckles out of me, and it's a really fun and relaxed read.
