I really liked the first couple of arcs, and then by the end of it, I knew what was going to happen anyway because it was so repetitive:

The MC and ML meeting soon after waking up and then solving the problems despite loopholes in tongtian’s storyline.

The translation also takes a huge dive unfortunately. The character’s s*x changes suddenly within the story (he/she) and there’s a lot of grammatical errors.

This story is all over the place. The relationship between mls and MC happens too fast and not logical. Seriously, the pace is ridiculous. The explanation of MC powers and the world building is so tacky and suddenly ML found out about it and by all means its okay to be with someone who supernaturally can change everything around them. It's too fast-paced, I would've liked for the plot to be a bit more fleshed out rather than getting bombarded with plot devices here and there. It's like I'm not actually reading a novel, but a quick summary instead, and the story was being told in a really matter-of-fact way that makes it unemotional (or is that just how it reads when translated?). Not sure how everyone else coped but it's hard for me to take the novel seriously this way. I admit, the MC is quite likeable but he... more>> doesn't even try to remain in character, and he seems to accept the ML's (creepy) advances just like that. MC & ML are meant to be together, ML be crazy like "Even if I go to hell, I'll bring u with meh!!" and MC being like "Bruh chill, I know I know. You've been saying that line in every world"

There are times I light a candle to ML when MC became a cute vinegar jar which is rare

Mc: "I'm done with you!! Divorce! Break up! Don't touch mehh"

Their misunderstandings didn't last for long, which I like and it's cute.. They COMMUNICATE

The plot twist and the mystery in each arc are well done, my brain can't keep up.. All the other side characters are interesting and had their own character development <<less

So far so good, I don't like every Arc of the novel but it's world-hopping with quick transmigration theme. I enjoy reading harem novels and this novel gave me a new perspective. The protagonist is likable he ridicules the system and spoke his mind when he disagrees with something and it's refreshing to get insights into his mind. I like the ML in every Arc although he's the typical ML character the attraction between MC and ML is just what I crave.

So I see a lot of mixed review about this novel and I'm thinking to drop one...

OK, first of all, interesting premise. MC's task is to prevent harems created by OG protagonists in each world. Why? Because these harems later will cause a snowball effect, resulting in disaster.

And putting aside the relationship between MC & ML, the plot itself is quite..... surprising. LMAO. It's almost like MC is trying to solve the mysteries in each world while preventing the harem to happen. You will never know what is actually... more>> going on with these protagonists & their harems. SO MANY PLOT TWISTS. It's the one that makes you think "wait, so that's what happened!!!!"

And the funny thing is, I think sometimes the author almost forgot to put the romance into one/two arcs due to these mystery-solvings. It makes the romance seems kinda rushed but I'm okay with it because the plot is GREAT. But NO WORRIES because it didn't happen in many arcs.

And the ML... Hmm, not too special about him, I guess. He's cold and pretty much obsessive towards MC. He didn't completely dominate the MC because MC himself is not the pushover type of person. MC is smart and funny. He's also OP with a system, which could be counted as golden finger. Overall, pretty nice read, with a good amount of faceslapping. <<less

Really loved this novel at the start. The beginning was lackluster but the premise is interesting enough to read a couple more arcs. The twists and surprises were well handled.

My only problem is the later arcs where ML gains his memories and just takes over MC's tasks. It felt soo demeaning to the MC who did a great job himself in the previous arcs. ML felt like a privileged as*hole at that point. I started hating him. It felt such a smooth sailing then that I stopped reading.

A good story has to have interesting villians or stakes, this story doesn't have any of that.

The villians are all one dimensional idiots that can do nothing, it's make things boring and at the end I could care less about them.

No stakes, I never felt that the MC was in danger at ANY moment.

Okay so let me make this clear, this novel is definitely not one of the 'high-quality' quick transmigration novels. Essentially, this novel is just good for wasting time and you don't have to use much of your brain for this.

The author loves putting 'plot-twist' to the worlds. Every arc isn't what it seems to be. The author keep trying to make everything complicated. It gets to the point of it being like "What is this? How? Ummm??" Its kinda annoying sometimes.

You don't need logic and common sense at all. The... more>> pacing of this novel is awful. Way too fast even for a quick transmigration novel. Sometimes the author forgets to wrap things up.

Like this one arc where MC is supposed to meet his parents after a few years of leaving them. Literally the second to last chapter was about MC telling ML he needs to visit his parents. But then next chapter was just

Like where's the parent visit? Could've at least wrote a segment bout it

It isn't that big of a deal but for someone like me, it leaves me a bit irritated. And this keeps happening once in a while. The author just forget about stuff.

Anyways, MC and ML character isn't bad. Not that good either pretty boring. The MC isn't OP but he don't have to do much to win/defeat the protagonist. Villains and side characters are very..... VERY one dimensional. They just kinda.... tedious and feels muted you know. And also idiotic.

In some arcs, I feel like the author just make the villains feel hateful and resentful just so that you can hate on them as much as you can. Like trying way too hard. Its weird because there's no rationality behind the villains/og protags actions. They do these horrendous crimes but like why? Where did their intelligence go? Its like the villains IQ turned off the second the met with the MC. The author usually just wrote it off as them being 'jealous/resentful/envious/hateful and want to kill MC' as the reasoning.

In conclusion: Pretty lackluster, lack tension between the enemies and MC so it feels very dull. A bit of a 'low-iq' read because of how s*upid some arcs is in terms of logic and common sense. This novel might entertain those who haven't read much 'quick transmigration' novel. Cuz its not terrible but certainly not the best. There's definitely way better novels than this. <<less

It's funny when people compare novel to fod saying it's as good as fod. The problem is I don't like fod. So when I see review abt that, I will think thrice to read it. I read till ch 128 and MTLed the rest. What should I say? There are parts of the novel that I genuinely loved and there are parts that seemed not so good, and even annoying.

The story arcs are interesting even though the setting for the stories are typical. The MC's character was more interesting in the beginning, but became a bit one dimensional by the end. The ML similarly stayed a flat character: OP, overly possessive and dominating, almost yandere. The positive thing is that unlike many other novels with... more>> similar main characters, this one shows the effort the MC takes to change the ML's overly-possessive and dominating behavior. By the ending, though the ML stays a 'vinegar jar', he becomes more respectful towards MC's opinions and tries to control his yandere nature. (There's still a lot more to be done though 🤷‍♀️)

Now, I'm not saying that there aren't better novels. I have given this a 4 for the overall story character setup etc. But I actually enjoyed this one as a QT BL novel. It's not a masterpiece, but it definitely keeps your attention and feeds you dogblood drama and fluffy+cheesy romantic lines.

The twists and turns at the end made me a little confused, especially because it was MTL. It made me realize how great the translators are, especially the current translation team. I hope they keep translating the novel till the end.

TL;DR: Enjoyable, albeit cliché settings, multiple interesting worlds with obsessive ML and sassy MC. RECOMMENDED for all QT lovers. <<less

Ahh! (>~<) this is so good a pity they didn't have any more translated chapters anyway this is one good novel all of the arcs are satisfying and the ML and MC are pur-fect~ it couldnt be any better but all of those who want to read this they are a lot of VERY discouraging comments so don't read those like someone who said that the main charcters didn't have enough skinship the MC is cute and the ML is not that a yandere if you want yandere.............. ah I... more>> don't remeber its name but oh well but read this novel it is like the cheese on your bread the syrup on the pancake the shine on your shoe so what I'm trying to say that it is gorgeous now I welcome you if you read <<less

The story started well, but became too complex to enjoy later.. Every arc contained more

harem members than the previous arc, which made it very hard to remember their background, their roles, heck even their names..
    • I hated the ML and MC in the third arc.. That world's protagonist was a modern transmigrator and he didn't even do anything wrong yet unlike the other arcs' already blackened protagonists.. His every source of living was cut off by MC due to the plot.. Well, the MC's actions are understandable, since he was trying to survive as well.. But he could've tried differently.. I, personally, hate that one story..
ML is over possessive and jealous.. His actions towards MC became annoying and boring.. And he just had to reincarnate into a very powerful character each time without any exception.. I'd like some ordinary reincarnation for at least one or two arcs..

After the first few arcs, I sometimes don't even understand the plot anymore.. Even MC didn't understand it anymore.. Haha.. His struggle to restore the world became less and less brainstorming due to the system's barrage of pills and ML's overwhelming strength..
    • The 11th arc became so dull because of it and the ML's behaviour became intolerable..
Not bad for timepass, but not that interesting either.. Well, I don't regret reading it anyway, just that I took quite a lot of break in between the arcs..

This is ABSOLUTELY. VERY. EPIC. World Hopping Novel Ever!!!

The MC is GREAT! The System growing on you! And the ML also growing on you!

But then again some people might not like the MC. Though I can't say his flaws because I LOVE HIM and I found him Perfectly Enjoyable to my taste of Great Protagonist !

Even though the MC is keep hopping to world with the Protagonist that 'have' Harem, and stopped the Protagonist for having Harem, when he encounter the Protagonist's Love Interests, he does NOT create Harem to himself! Not like many other novel. The No Harem tags stays Faithful! He only makes his own ML to Love him!

Some people might stop at the 1st arc, but I really advices you to keep continue because the story just keep better and greater!

But the previous 2 arcs before this arc actually showing the deepest plot and the secret of the Soul Flag and things.

I'm seriously can't wait to know how they can 'defeat' the evil hidden of the 'Harem destroy the World's thing.

Anyway it was Great novel till the end. Sure the ending wasn't the best, but it far from worst. It was Enjoyable and Easy to understand, so I liked it!

Finished mtl-ed it, system kinda a pit but it is still cute hahaha MC world hopping have many twist and turns because the story is not what it seemed it is. There are more in the story per world how the supposed Protag got his Harem. I also like our MC and ML interaction. ML starts to chase MC at first he don't have memories and gradually recovers it. It is also good that although there is some contradictions especially for ML /both of them it is the 1st time... more>> they really fell in love. When MC felt that the ML is shouldering all not letting MC do anything, MC confronts ML. He does not want to be a caged canary. They did talked it out and made their relationship more stable.

This novel is super irritating. At first the MC and ML's interaction were cute but in the 3rd arc the ML became super irritating. It's like he doesn't see MC as a human but as his possession. It doesn't feel like they are on equal terms anymore. I'm unable to say that I can approve of even one action of the ML during the 3rd arc. Yes, he pampered the MC, helped him take revenge and protected him, but it made me feel very unpleasant. I was just hoping for... more>> the MC to stand up to him and make them develop into a power CP, equally depending on each other and support each other but after getting angry the MC forgot about it real quick and continue being kept by the ML, at least that's the impression I got from their interactions. Call it a yandere ML or something, even so I can't stand a ML that disregards the MC's freedom/self-esteem/opinions/... (don't know what to call it) like that. Reading something like is just unbearable for me. I thought it might be just this one arc but nope, it continues. So I dropped this.

And that's not the only thing that's negative about this novel, there's also this shitty system. It's super annoying. It also disregard every of MC's important questions and then it's suddenly giving benefit?? I'm seriously so confused and irritated.

I know this review isn't very good but it's just me ranting my irritated feelings so don't take me too seriously. I might hate it but you might like it. It's best to just give it a try <<less

This had to be my favourite arc! The plot twist were really well done, it was just- I cant put it into words. Our MC wakes up into a cannon fodder or villain I can't really remember. He is the fake child of his family, the real child which he will meet when he's in college, they'll be in one dorm. But that dude was actually the father's illegitimate child who is pretending to be the real Bao Bao, the real Bao Bao is actually dead. ANYWAYS IT WAS JUST REALLY GOOOOOOD
