this was very nice!! very cute!! there's plenty of moments since the start where I smiled and screamed at the screen because of how sweet they are!

Romance is the plot, so if you're looking for sickeningly sweet romance as the main component you might like this! I personally like the MC and the main CP - I think the ML is a pe*vert and everything he says is a pick-up line/flirtatious (which by the end - can be a little boring) and the MC is very obedient, completely like a... more>> fool. Definitely a white-lotus, and one of those kind of like -- White Sheep-type, Foolishly Good and 'Prey' like shou. I can see if it rubs people the wrong way but honestly I think together their chemistry is very very compelling and strong!

The story itself... well its a very smooth road. Don't pay too much attention to loop holes and how credible things are, this is a feel-good novel where you can take alot of things for granted. There's a wide parameter to just lie back and enjoy their dynamic, you don't have to think too much. <<less

A very light read novel and I totally like it.

I adore MC's bandmates and ML's team. They are funny. I love how supportive they are to the couple. MC is so innocent and cute.

I give this novel 5/5..

Some ppl may not like it because its just a pure fluff novel no heavy conflict, no third person, literally smooth sailing relationship with a little to no obstacle.. But if u a fan of fluff or u just want to read some fluff novel to relieve ur stress this one is a great option for u! A light, funny read helped by a great & readable translation with an appropriate casual tone for this modern day tale of celebs and fans who are too online. Probably one of the best Chinese novel translations I've seen.

There's not much in the way of a ~journey for the romance, and honestly not much conflict or obstacles, but the antics are hilarious. Jiang Xun's increasingly large gestures, Jiang Ying's trolly self (I LOVE him in the sequal), Sunny!!

If you are looking for something lighthearted, cute and sweet, this is for you.

But less esports and more on showbiz drama of a baby boy idol with controversial fame and a esports champion taking advantage of that innocence.

lots of misunderstandings but not too deep that youll question the morality of the main characters, simple funny misunderstanding only.

I just love the support and love the MC has in his bandmates.

beware almost half of the novel is situated in Weibo lot of comments and chats online.

Very cute indeed! MC is super precious and such a hardworking, sunny character and ML is the best for always supporting and protecting the MC, and super op as a world champion e-sports player. Their relationship started off pretty fun-wise - via a chicken-and-duck conversation, but it soon turns super cute, super fluffy, and super adorable. Yeah, this story is actually a roller coaster too. Ah, the ML's younger bro is so funny too, so glad there's a sequel revolving around him and someone else! Character interactions is abundant; MC's... more>> groupmates are also supportive and funny too! ML and ML's fam is super protective of MC, which is good for MC's growth. Ah yes, there's character growth as well as a very good progression of the story (MC's acting life and ML's e-sports life). And all those harmless misunderstandings are super super fun. Oh, and those in the entertainment industry are also human beings and will get hurt from all those anti-fans' nasty comments. This is what I've been needing from the light read/fluffy section to heal me after a long week! Pretty funny, more of a light read than anything

Not much angst or drama just a fluffy entertainment story between a soft yet hardworking shou and a Blackbellied but Golden Retriever type Gong

8/10 would reccomend

Nice! Cute, fluffy, sweet and funny! Really my cup of tea. I like how their relationship start and it so funny and cute! I love Our Lil cutie pie MC, the domineering e-sport God ML, the full of crack head boy group, combine with Lil Bean rival and all of the people around MC are nice and love him dearly like a baby. It's really cute and light hearted. I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would have, and it was a bit different from what I thought it was originally. It's a really easy-going story and mostly just 'cute but an airhead' MC x 'Playfully flirty, loves to bully' ML. The story has really nice character-interaction though, and especially loved the side characters. MC's idol group teammates are fun and their brotherhood is really sweet, so I wished there was most interaction with them. While Gu Wei is a... more>> little scatterbrained, he's not dumb and it's fun to watch him dig his own pits.

Plotwise it's honestly kind of shallow, most of it focuses on the entertainment industry. ML's eSports background is used but honestly it gets very little focus in comparison to MC's acting or variety show events. The story actually does deal with some pretty heavy topics, such as divorce, child ab*se, neglect, depression and even plagiarism/suppression in the entertainment industry. However, everything (and I do mean everything) is glossed over for the sake of keeping the story light; either ML solves the problems for MC or it's taken care of off screen/not delved deeper and ignored. It didn't bother me while reading or detract from my enjoyment but for some it might.

Overall it's a very cute and fluffy story that, even when dealing with heavy or darker topics, refuses to be anything but light-hearted. ML's arrival into MC's life does basically solve everything, so if that bothers you I do recommend turning back. It's a very optimistic and "happy ending" story, which isn't a bad thing honestly. If your soul is tired and you just want something to smile and laugh at, I recommend this one. Also; a small detail I thought was really cute is that the older brother (ML) has a Pikachu theme, while the younger brother (ML's little bro) has a crab/Krabby theme. It's cute! 🦀 <<less

The story is really good. It's funny, fluffy, and easy to read (not too deep for me). There are some angsty parts, but it wasn't dragged and just took a few chapters which is enough. There's also development between then and they didn't just fall in love right then and there. Moreover, I'm a fan of stories where we can see the fan's comments and CP fantasies, it's just so relatable as a reader.

I would act consider this as a fluffy type of novels despite the mild depression the MC has. Its cute so if you're in need of some fluff just go into it. I'm okay w the ML since he is considerate despite being a bit of a perv. Since he doesn't do anything to MC, I'm totally fine w it. It's bl novel, what do you expect.

I never really give many reviews since I barely login to my account. But this novel deserves a great review and I want many readers to give this novel a try.

The story is really just full of comedy and fluff.

ML has a powerful background but he barely use it unless its that badly needed to protect MC. MC is very controversial artists but he is actually a kind and sweet person

If you guys are so into Showbiz (like I do) and want to read this but a bit hesistant or worry because the E-Sport tag, dont be. Because your worry wont be found at all :)

Yes, I love reading Showbiz novel but this one reminded me (once again) of how cruel Showbiz world can be. Human being can be so cruel to the other, without realizing their words and actions are like knife and poison. Sad thing is, it will always happen to any Stars. It brought such horrible... more>> memories to me that I had to take a deep breathe when I reached THAT exposed chapter.
