It’s a fav. Def worth reading. My only complaint is I wish the arcs had been longer and that there were more arcs. I think the zombie king one was my fav tho, although the ABO one was good too. Def going in my fav list.

I found this novel before it was completely translated, and since I like reading my novels to the end I waited for it to be finished. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!

I love the characters so much. MC and ML are so cute though it does take them a while to figure things out.

I loved the story and their development! It was so fun to read so I definetly recommend!!!

I cannot praise this novel enough. The world building was 10/10 and the different arcs were so interesting that I'm kinda pissed that they aren't standalone novels. I love the dynamic between ML and MC. I thought the slow romance would be torture but surprisingly it wasn't. I really love how smart and independent MC is and how loving and possessive ML is. This is in my top 3 for QT novels.

Well, that was a fun ride.

Sadly was not up to my expectations, many things were missing for me personally. It just didn't have the usual QT charisma. Little world-building, and little character depth. It was an okay read, but not enjoyable. This feeling of mine probably may be due to my high expectations and long wait for it to complete, so it just has this unsatisfactory feeling.

But from all these, I love the romance, the MC, and the ML. It is not an 'in-your-face romance', but one filled with longing... more>> and patience. The ML, one of the best, he just so humble in his love, and the MC, his will to fight for his beloved. It's all so beautiful and heartbreaking. The three stars are all for this.

Definitely a good read to pass time, but not if you are looking for something that sucks you in. <<less

I liked the story, it was an okay read.

the ML and MC have a sad past, and are not to be pitied. They obviously have smarts and saved themselves from the situation. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Dropped. Story has a good plot but not good enough to wade through the endless metaphors. The words "as if" and "like" appear too often and are now distasteful.

The number of metaphors for ML's eyes alone in Chapters 7 & 8 were overboard... his eyes managed to be like the sky, sunlight, the sea, a frozen lake, flowing pure silver. Ahhhh!

I don't know if the author was trying to meet word count requirements but I do know that the superfluous metaphors killed my interest. So I read the translator's... more>> review to get the ending and dropped it. Too bad but at least I gave it an honest try. <<less

I absolutely loved this novel. I dropped it at first then picked it back up in my spare time and I'm glad I did. ML's inexplicable attraction and GX's OPness are all reasonably explained in the end in my opinion.

GX's detached and ruthless personality stuck throughout the story and that got a big thumbs up for me. Overall an amazing read.

I really like this story and the characters. It's a bit dark, but that's part of why the characters are relatable. I'm looking forward to the extras to see parts of their happy ending daily life.

It's interested to read but too much unnecessary background information which makes it boring to read more like frustrating

If there's no background info or info about a particular event then it leads to plotholes but including unnecessary info about the world or any character leads to boredom :)

The arcs will all interesting as well as the MC (•\\\•) reallt enjoyed it

3 Stars are all for the MC only.

I don't mind the MC being OP, but the MC wasn't even that OP. He was constantly being restrained and when he was about to conquer the world. They always pull the plug. They keep repeating it. It was boring and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I don't even care about the ML and his so called identity. MC carried the whole novel by himself.

It's just too repetitive, I stopped after reaching the 100s, at that point I didn't care about the... more>> ending. I was skimming through. I came in with alot of expectations, just disappointed that it went the way it did.

But I am me, I am sure other people have different opinions. <<less

This novel is one best QT novel I have ever read. Far now the all the arc I read was incredible. And MC is best. He is really born to rebel. He will make every world fall under his feet. This was really amazing and will make you want to re read.

That there is some major reason behind mc's amnesia... we've gotten one little flashback glimpse about trauma and about someone being there to be comforting and offer candy, which I would assume is the ml. So two thoughts... one is that this whole pandora project is something the MC was on board with from the beginning and the amnesia was an unexpected side consequence or the pandora project is to help MC get through the trauma he has. It is blatantly obvious it isn't really so much a punishment

Otherwise, so far I like this one. I don't always like slow romance, but this is fine because the rest of the story is interesting.

Coming back here, I was like "I wonder why I stopped reading?" searched my bookmarks and realized it was because I caught up and am waiting for an update xD

I do need to reread at some point, but as far as I remember I have yet to get confirmation if my guess was right or not.

So my earlier guess was wrong, but that's ok. I liked how everything did connect, and in a way that makes sense.

the MC is a criminal that supposed to sentenced to (be prisoned for around 1000 years) or (going to virtual world with no restriction and just live there to reduce his prison sentence....) he can kill other people in virtual world too, nice, jk

i prefer the system actually give nerf or some restriction to MC actually, but yeah none of that happened.... yeah, that is for me

character (setting) journey with MC:

1st 2 arcs, walked steadily. in the 3rd arc, stumbled and fell, then crawled. in the 4th arc it stood up with shaky legs and stared limping. in the 5th arc, started walking again, with pain in its legs. by the time 6th arc came, became accustomed with the weird way of walking. in the 7th arc, weird walking is the new style and pained legs are trendy. 8th arc involves no walking. 9th and 10th arc, mildly deformed legs.

well...

the ultimate result wouldn't have become like... more>> this if the execution of character arc was good.

from the 3rd arc, MC started to become 'stunned'. then he was 'shocked'. in a second, he was 'dazed'. then he became 'blank'. after a while he was 'surprised'. then again became 'stunned'. altogether he became a 'confused mess'.

people may say "that's how MC is feeling about the whole process!"... and I have no problem with that. BUT, as I said, the execution of his character's journey isn't done well.

according to the initial (and later) character setting, the amount of 'being stunned' is way too much. it felt like, his 'rebelliousness' after 2nd arc made a decision to come out once in a while. other times, his character is busy in being 'stunned'.

ML's character: as he commented in the novel "he is an anchor".. well literally and figuratively. he is an anchor that doesn't move.

story setting: the premise is good. cause and effect is present. however, while going through the story, readers may forget about the head after finding the tail because of some repetitive vivid description.

Ah I just loved this!!!! The ML is such green flag—No a whole forest! And the MC is super cool, cunning, OP, and is generally petty lol. I don’t usually write reviews so I don’t really know how to do this but I’ll just express my love for this novel haha. The romance isn’t fast paced like other QT-s and they gradually fall in love (ok the ML might be smitten with the MC more quicker but it doesn’t matter)

And ML knows when to stop and let go, he’s... more>> such a sweetheart 😭 Like he might be a bit possessive but he still lets MC do his thing cuz he loves him so much!!!!

But anyways I rate this a 5/5 in my book, it might not be some people’s cup of tea but it’s mine 🥳 <<less

I stopped reading on Chapter 202... right before it ended; because it got boring. Since there are only a few (literally 4/5) chapters left, I will finish when in the mood. The last world was so annoying, it didn't do anything for the rest of the book. I'm annoyed that the last world was this. ugh! Anyoo's I will update when in the mood after reading those chapters. However, till then; I need to move on... pulling teeth... literally... yikes!

Definitely one of the better QT novels out there.

I love that the overarching storyline is handled very well. The author chose to prioritize the MC/ML character development and overarching plot development more than finishing up every world with a bow tie. Not everyone will enjoy this type because some of the world endings were a bit abrupt, but I thought it was very appropriate.

Unfortunately, that means that some of the world endings also completed very "summary-like" without the sugary dopamine-hit that readers might expect from QTs.

I enjoyed the uniqueness in... more>> the mini-worlds. This QT is really not about how lovey-dovey the MC/ML are (they are, but it's slightly more subtle and it's about MC showing off his skills). The worlds were pretty unique as well (abyss demon and apocalypse were very cool).

I thought this story was a great way to write real character/relationship development instead of repeating the exact same "fall in love at first sight, get together, rule the world" common in other QTs. The ML is also the most respectful ML even when he is yandere'd.

Great story, translation gets better as you read more. <<less
