the whole beginning of the story was tense, not at all romantic and with lousy development, ML was physically fascinated with MC and the idealization he had of him in his head and nothing else, MC just wanted to survive and although many complained about his "manipulations" and " stone heart" in reality it was the only thing I could empathize with, If I were him I would be terrified and more so because his fears are completely real, if ML had known from the beginning or during the time they were about to get married that MC was a man I am 100% sure he would have killed him and that let me tell you, f*cking sucks.

At the end I was expecting fluff and slice of life as I was promised at some point but it just felt like the MC was imprisoned in a pretty house, the interactions between the ML royal family are awkward especially the emperor and MC, in the last scenes every time he came out it was incredibly awkward and tense since he obviously wanted to have him killed several times before and never respected him as a person, he just lets him go because now he can give him pretty grandchildren (actually let's be honest, no one respected him and only saw him as an attractive object, the only ones who thought about his emotions at some point in the story were the mc's brothers and the ml's sister who, as stalkerish as she was, still thought about the mc's feelings and much later on, the ml)

Until the end of the story I didn't feel any emotional connection, the romance between the MC and ML felt empty, when ML became emperor I even thought he would take concubines if it wasn't that his expectations are too high and only the MC pleases him aesthetically, I didn't feel any affection and I think it's because of the way these scenes were narrated, they didn't feel like family or a home, more like roommates who get along

even during a large part of the story I was hoping that the MC could escape and return to his country instead of being in a place where no one cared if he died or not

the male lead he was sometimes annoying overly jealous I never like characters like that It just makes them seem insecure and a bit toxic and the villain Qin yi I don't know why people start shipping him with the MC he is mostly infatuated with his looks but you can say the same thing about the ML but he really didn't care for anything what the MC wanted and he got what he's deserved because he's a manipulator though I do wish he could have made a turn around cause it seemed like that could have happened but dead's dead.

If he's hermaphrodite then why do they not notice the difference? When they did the deed? Where did he gave birth to it? From his ass? Like sht? Also what about breastfeeding? I have so many questions. I need to google if its possible.

About C45 or so ZZ has suspicion, then MC admitted at C47. It is a long way to go.

the weak Prince raised as a Princess for him can die if raised like a Prince. The Prince also is a wise war tactician as he can lead lesser army to succesfully counter attack much more army from North Jin (Seme's country) who ambush South Jian (Uke's country). Sadly this talent or Uke's wisdom was not furtherly exposed.
