With the gender reversal, the female protagonist becomes male, and the male protagonists are all turned into females.
So, does that mean it’s a harem story, and isn’t that a good thing?
Well, it would have been if it weren’t for the obsessive and toxic elements.

The Protagonist is an idiot. There's simply no other way to describe him. He's just s*upid.
so, MC wakes up as sickly heroine in a yandere reverse harem story at its begining, only as a guy instead of a girl. naturally, he panics and tries to run away from the incoming yandere guy, only to get helped by a woman who turns out to be that yandere guy also s*x swapped. In the process the yandere finds it funny and takes a liking to him. Ok. Fine. It makes sense. Problem is after this everything the MC does is s*upid.
yandere keeps on visiting? instead of rejecting her as much as possible he's passive about it.
yandere will get hurt so original MC awakens healing powers, which only happened cause original MC liked yandere, which in turn brings the other yanderes to him? instead of just letting things play out, because ofc MC does not like yandere and thus won't awaken powers, he warns her, which ends with subordinates of yandere getting hurt, because yandere is a lunatic who doesn't think, and since the MC is kind (no matter how much they say they aren't), they awaken the powers anyways to help them.
Finally, when the MC is approached by people asking if they can heal them, which the original MC didn't causing them to say shes a witch causing the second yandere to investigate her, and then fall for her because she is kind? you guessed it, MC heals them, which makes more people ask to be healed, and he heals them, and this grows, which eventually causes the second yandere to come anyway, and when shes sees how kind the MC is...
Fact is, MC doesn't think things through. they do something in the moment that attempts to solve the problem at hand, and because they don't understand cause and effect it always gets worse.
Another big problem with this novel is that the MC has no agency. What I mean is they only ever react to things or events around them. Seriously, at no point does the MC actually do something to better themselves, or be proactive in preventing stuff.
Event happens/someone appears-> MC tries to solve it in the moment without understanding anything (often like an idiot) -> Surprise! because MC doesn't think things through, the event not only gets worse but causes more events and problems-> repeat
