Light-hearted novel that honestly doesn't go through much. Both MC & ML are those high-spec, good-looking, capable type and I guess that's just how their relationship develops? Nothing much to the story or plot honestly, just a good light read if you want to turn your brain off. Imo it's not even that e-sports nor streamer novel heavy so you don't have to be super into those genres to be able to enjoy this

Adorable, fluffy, and light-hearted! A novel that you have to take lightly to enjoy, while I felt ups and downs reading it, it is not in a sense where it's a rollercoaster exhilarating experience, instead, it means that there are boring parts of the novels as well as interesting parts. When it got to the interesting parts I can't wait to read the next chapter, but when it comes to the boring bits I contemplate if I should drop this novel.

But I believe for readers that enjoy light-hearted and/or fluffy... more>> romance BL novels, this will be a 4/5 or 5/5 for them. I am someone who personally prefers a little more drama and emotions in a novel which is why this novel is a 3.5/5 for me.

Regardless, was secretly hoping for Liang Chulin and Liao Su extras but nope. :&Lt; <<less

This is the perfect novel depicting bl love. The author has also taken into account the dynamics of a relationship and the roles their families played in it. There are no female demonized to end their relationship. The novel is light hearted and MC and ML interactions are funny as hell. I love how author didn't stray away from having reactions of both parents involved. It's an awesome read of the year and I would know.

Cute E-sport, livestreaming, online dating, funny misunderstanding type of novel. Something quick easy and funny to pass few hours.

The character design is definitely new to me, and interesting, though it has the same old tropes it has added a new twist to the MC and ML.

Not heavy on e-sports competition though, its more gaming livestream commentary.

... more>> Parents are... weird for me but they bring it back back in the end, I think.

Something sweet and normal with this straightforward ambuiguity pursuing of ML with the MC and add unparalleled shamelessness, things are about to be funny around campus <<less

Woahh!!! Completed. It is super fluffy and lovely novel. I really liked the way author portrayed both MC and ML characters. I really wish there are more extras where both of their parents meet but apart from that everything is cool. Agh... I cant move on from this.

It is a good read. The MC was a bit tsundere but once he decided on things he became resolute. The ML was lazy and cute but could be unexpectedly composed and resolute. Their interaction definitely can be described as sprinkling sugar everywhere lol.

The plot is light and interesting with a little laugh here and there. And the translation is good too.

Suppperrrrr awesome novel.

ML is funny, cute and especially lazzzyy~~~, 😂😂😂. I'm 70% lazyy~~ like ML that's why I can completely understand his feeling to laze around🤭. MC is super cool, ah, how I wish to meet such a perfect husband material.

I was really envious of ML to have parents like them. My mom becomes as angry as a fire breathing dragon whenever she sees me lazying around, ying ying ying.

Ah, only if love story of LS and LCL were in extra, that would be too excellent.

Just here to rate it, but I'll just say that altho it doesn't have like a boom, explosive romance type of feeling to the story, it's still cute and the personalities of the characters are pretty refreshing... tho they should have also tagged the novel with shameless ML XD, which makes it's pretty comedic in some scenes

Very cute and funny, even if you just skim through the gaming.

Both the MC and ML alternate between being cute and silly and being cool and handsome. I specially like the second half, I think the characters get more likeable.

Makes you feel like they could both be gong or shou and it would make sense (what I really like, it feels a bit more like a real relationship somehow)

Hilarious and so fluffy! This made me laugh out loud a lot, I had to send screenshots of some parts to my partner who had no context whatsoever but still found it funny lol. And while it's not in extreme detail, I found the negotiation and communication between them re: s*x very realistic (in comparison to other danmei).

I was genuinely so shocked that they used lube LOL my standards are so low. But I wish they had expanded more on the asexuality aspect or whatever was up with that?

This is a fun read!!

I love me some shou's that are not the typical small, thin, delicate, etc., types. You know what I mean~

... more>> I enjoyed reading this the characters are crackheads, always making me laugh.

I love reading gaming novels because this is where I probably relate to the most because I pretty much knew most of it.

This novel even made me download the game even if I can't read Chinese but ya'll I'm in Gold rank when I played for a a day, would you believe that?! because I was carried by a player with their friend, they kept on inviting me game after game. <<less

I was won over by how healthy the relationship in this is, which is rare for Chinese BL; there is no r*pist ML or weak, trembling shou. The MC is actually the physically stronger, more capable and more handsome one, while the ML, despite ending up the gong, is still weaker and the prettier one (even if taller).

Since this is a story very focused on the romance (I do not consider this an eSports novel, though the ML's anchoring does get a lot of feature time), the relationship between the... more>> two and its progress play a crucial role. It's heartwarming, thoughtful and persistent; truly a beautiful relationship and something to aspire to.

There are some antagonists, but they're not OP and don't get much screentime, so overall this reads more like a quiet little slice of life with warm tones and lots of dog food and sugar. Recommended to those who like romance, consent, dog food and heaven blessed MCs. <<less

First and foremost, this is one of the best E-SPORTS danmeis that I've read in such a long time. The gaming terminologies are easy to digest and you can easily understand the translation. The romance is slow-burn but it's not tiring to wait for it. All the characters are very dimensional that you feel like they're really alive and are existing. Lastly, it is a light read and the moments of revelation gave justice to the novel. Simply five out of five (mainly because I'm easy to please)

For some reason I thought it was one of those interstellar stories where the MC transmigrates+has super power and becomes the Galaxy Beloved. Dunno why.

Anyway the summary is a bit inaccurate. Our MC is not ashamed of his soft voice and is not deliberately hiding it. He's not mocked for it either. He's a very manly man and even boxes. It's just that he doesn't come on camera so the people just naturally assume until the MC clears it himself. He's not too bothered by it either so while reading,... more>> I didn't stress about it either.

He's also somewhere on the ace-spectrum tho hence why he's not interested in 'topping' the ML hence why he's the 'shou' but it doesn't matter in the story at all. Like Seriously ML could not care less, he just loves the MC and wants to be with him. MC also does not care at all, he just likes the feeling of closeness with ML that he gets from s*x but he's not really lustful. There's a few angry reviews which is why I'm mentioning it. MC and ML DO NOT CARE about such a thing.

There are a lot of gaming terms but it's a good translation so you won't feel lost. A mostly feel good story that did make me laugh a few times. ML has the worse luck sometimes lol. ML is super shameless but only after it's confirmed that MC likes him so no non-con there. Also, the MC is a kind of rigid character so the shameless, laid-back ML makes a good match for him and they both make a good equilibrium.

I'm not fond of hitting in relationships tho so I'm glad that point dropped off when they actually got together. MC would never truly hurt ML anyway, or vice versa. The author was trying to make it into a slap-stick comedy but hitting just isn't funny sometimes. So point off for that but both MC and ML are in a very equal relationship so honestly that bothered me less than it would. If there had been some sort of blackmail, secrets or power play than it would have been way worse. In the story tho, this felt like a joke between the pair (even if it felt like a bad one).

There are some good fun supporting characters too and kudos for author treating the one female love interest respectfully. <<less

Adorable!!!!

Lovely characters! And a perfect book to read if you don't want much angst and go for a fluffy light hearted romance.

Definitely recommend it.
