All I’ve got to say is that this story deserves all of its praise. First of all, the translation was clean and easy to read. Secondly the story was a perfect blend of comedy and seriousness. There were scenes that make your blood boil then there are scenes that make your heart melt. This story has it all. This is one of the few action novels that I’ve actually enjoyed reading. Funny af.

I feel like the funniest part of this novel is the snow white play by the MC's class. It was kinda near the end of the novel and I really laughed non stop during the entire scene :")

I came to contribute my humble opinion. Don't mind mistakes please, I'm using Google translator.

The idea of ​​the novel is extremely interesting and well constructed. Everything regarding worldbuilding and transmigration has clearly been well thought out and explained throughout the plot.

Above all, I leave here my immense attachment and love for the MC. He's just everything I want in a protagonist. He's kind, sunny, funny, has attitude, and cares about those around him. I like how he transforms the people around him, pulling them up and helping them to be... more>> well and evolve as a person. And especially how sincere he is, explaining his personality change situation effectively and responsibly. ML has some questionable personality traits, but he limits himself to the max and always puts the MC first.

The interaction scenes like Husky x owner are super funny and comical, the MC's brothers are also my favorites and I love the way they take care of the MC and, throughout the plot, welcome those that the MC also considers as brothers.

I think that the unfolding in some parts was excessively long and a little tiring, but soon it was good again so it is something that, with patience, it is possible to pass.

It's not a perfect novel, but it warrants it;

– Comical scenes in general

– An extremely adorable MC, it's impossible not to like him (I'm willing to physically and verbally get into fights with anyone who disagrees)

– An ML with a questionable personality, who does everything for the MC when he falls in love

– Well-constructed and easy to get attached secondary characters

– real conflicts

– Very well done world building, no loose ends

– MC and ML with a lot of chemistry (in my opinion)

I have really mixed feelings about this novel. I liked it, but at the same time, I don't think it was perfect. But I really loved MC, so I gave it such a high rating.

The MC is different from other characters in transmigration novels; how he views the world is unique; he is kind but not too soft; he is clever, funny, and a bit shameless. This was the first time in my reading history that MC really thought about a relationship with a yandare because he knew ML's real... more>> character and was debating if it was worth dating such a person. This is the main reason why I liked this novel; despite its shortcomings, it was still interesting and entertaining to read. ML was pretty likable too; he was described as a cold and evil person, but honestly, he wasn't that bad. The MC and ML interactions were fun to read. I loved that ML was his true self with MC.

The plot itself is nothing new, but it is still interesting. I especially like the author's attitude: It's not my fault; that is what the original novel said, or I know it's against the logic, but the original author came up with that idea, not me.

The pace of this novel is fast, and it is also short, which makes it easier to read. The dynamic of this novel is a bit confusing; some arcs are really intense, then they are followed by reckless, funny chapters, and when you think what? Was that all? Some unexpected drama happens.

All in all, it is a good, short read. It also contains mentions of domestic violence, animal ab*se, and neglectful family members, so if this is not your cup of tea, just don't read it. But it's not a dark-themed novel and has funny bits too. <<less

This was such a nice read! I wholeheartedly recommend this story! The translation was very good, the story was fun to read and the characters were awesome. I especially enjoyed the humor and laughed out loud quite a few times thanks to the jokes, comments and comedic relief! Also the ML is such a good type of ML!

Enjoyed reading this. There are many fantasy and dog blood elements but somehow, the author made it work. THe dynamic of the MC and ML is very reminiscent of Transmigrating Into The Heartthrob’s Cannon Fodder Childhood Friend.

I’ve read many great novels and loved many I always wanted to leave review on some but never had a chance to mainly because I am not good in writing and can’t truly expressed how I feel. zhou li is one of my top favorite mcs. I love how his schemes and reasoning seems so far-fetched and tinfoil-y to the people around him, but he somehow still convinces them that it makes sense. Also, he has such a high eq too!!! No obliviousness or denial to the ml’s feelings and I found that really refreshing. ML is a fun type of yandere who is able to keep his possessiveness in check, and I love him for that too. Would recommend for the main cp’s dynamic.

Very cute, pure, and funny! If you like stories where one character is stuck as an animal for a portion of the story then this is for you. The main character was very touching as well, he contributed a lot to the improvement of both his dad's mental health and his younger friends' futures in a way that was very touching. My only complaint is that the ending felt a bit confusing.

I just finished reading this! Ah, so so so cute! Sorry can't really review that well cuz my brain is dead from studying for finals, just wanted something fluffy and cute to heal my suffering from textbooks, and this really did the job! CP was so fluffy and sticky. Another plus to this novel is how comedic most chapters are, MC is also really funny. Ah, raising the little husky that ML switched with is also a pretty refreshing way for them to meet, the 'fantasy- and sci-fi-ish' aspects of... more>> the novel were also great and pretty funny. One thing that wasn't that great was the pacing in the side stories, it was a bit too quick and not as detailed as the main story, but anyways, it was overall, full of dog food sprinkled with sugar. Definitely re-reading it for that extra fluff and comedy :) <<less

I fee that overall it’s a fast-paced good feeling kind of story. It’s easy to fall in love with both MC and ml, the plot is also good and there were few interesting bits from the beginning. Honestly I don’t have much complains.

I understand that father qian did a lot of mistakes. But the switching kind of... idk it feels... maybe because it’s just used as a tool to move the plot that’s why it’s not explained properly or the process is a bit too hasty.

first off, I think it’s very sad that when father qian decided to change, he lost his son. I think this is karma and well none if it is mc’s fault because tbh he really didn’t owe father qian anything. But it still feels very sad. Especially when describing his mood and fear of holding MC back.

second, it’s kind of scary too how the switch happened so fast. I feel that... it feels kind of unfair for xiaowen.. it’s explained that he took it well and he is calm, but I don’t think that he is calm, in his heart. What makes a family I think is not just biological connection, but also emotionally. When mother zhou said to xiaowen like it’s okay to keep living until high school, it feels, very very upsetting for me.. I know for a fact that truly none of the zhou family owe him anything and they raised him well, but also, emotionally, it feels, idk how to say it, I feel kind of aggrieved?? Upset??

I’m not saying MC shouldn’t come back to the new family but I think it needs to be explained more, there should be more process to it.

It's a fun read and although the topics are heavy, they are told in a light-hearted tone, which helped me bear through the angst and dogblood plot.... more>>

I do think this is a yaoi though, not shounen-ai because their relationship is very clear and even known to public. Definitely not just hints of romance.

A highlight of this novel is definitely the characters, including their dialogues and the side characters. MC is especially a very likeable character and it's just fun reading what he's going to do. I also laughed a lot on the side characters especially the little brothers.

MC and ML are very made for each other and I enjoyed their candid talks and dynamic.

I quite like the worldbuilding idea (on how MC transmigrates), but too bad it became too confusing at certain point, and until the end of story I still don't know just what the hell is going on about the

lotus petals and the core jade and the binding.

Nearing the end, things are rather summary-like and very heavy in dogblood and plot holes, but I enjoyed the surprising development and it just made me have to finish the whole thing in one go!

This is actually so good and so nice! It's so fresh and so unique to read. MC actually wants to go back to his own world and it wasn't just for the sake of it. He's smart and so nice to read, like a sunny next-door neighbor kinda guy. ML is a yandere but just the right amount of yandere that I rather just think he's just possessive than yandere.

The original characters of the novel were also good, they're not annoying or anything (except the main antagonist) and they... more>> turned for the better. I like the topic of mental illness here, and it was not just done in passing.

I also like the reason for their transmigration. It was written very well. I like it :))

What an enjoyable read! The main characters are a delight and are so sweet to each other. The MC actually has a brain (full of holes) and isn't one of those dainty maidens that need saving and is taking advantage of, unlike most danmeis out there. The ML is 100% a yandere, but one who actually CARES about the MC's feelings/opinions and treats his friends well.

The side characters too are lovable and have their own growth. I love how they handled the MC's father (no spoilers, just read!). And all... more>> those silly little brothers... just adorable.

This story is definitely a gem and is a must-read! <<less

Good Fun read. A yandere I can actually like and a proper plot reason about why the transmigration happened.

And! MC never hides that he is a separate 'person' and it's actually hilarious how he keeps doing it.

This is really good!! I lost count of how many times I unconsciously smiled my self silly

This is a really good, light novel! (There were moments that made me laugh really hard, moments that made me feel sad and moments that made me think... ahhh it’s really good to be in love)

Plus! Mc’s personality is such a gem!

So give this novel a try, it’s soooo worth it!
