like the fact the Male Lead of OGNovel become good. And the Female Lead doesn't necessarily have bad end for her within reason.

• The romance is top-notch. Slow because it starts with a contract but we have two mature and clever individuals who increasingly show their vulnerable sides to each other. Delicious dog food, sweet fluff.
• Action/Drama: awesome!!! face-slapping galore, the netizens have a lot of power and influence, family drama everywhere. There's a lot of side characters with so big families and then stars in the entertainment company, designers, models, etc. but they're all solved so well.
• Supernatural: The FML's system and XY's ability from his previous life in the apocalypse. I gotta say, this novel makes for one of the best background for systems I've ever read. The system is dealt with properly but it's not just an orb or something super ideal. The truth behind their existences was sorta shocking to me but it was well explained. It's purely detached and robotic and actually made me go "oh horror" because it's harmful!!!
• Main characters: Xie Yang integrates really well and is super talented and seemingly OP, but this is because he's been tempered by years of a harsh life in the apocalypse. There are also times he has lapses in judgement and makes mistakes (but speedy recovery heheh). Both he and Qiu Xing are such refreshing characters. I feel like they're really hard to characterize properly and this story showed their development extremely well. They share a lot of things in common such as a sort of melancholy and understanding even if their lives differed a lot. Someone like XY who takes things in perspective and knows when to advance and retreat is amazing. I also love the fact that he took the initiative in their relationship and coaxed QX. QX makes for an interesting and loveable ML. He isn't too domineering or oppressive, and the impacts of his illness and family relations are depicted very realistically.
• Supporting characters: enough said. infinite kudos. from the netizens to fans to enemies to friends... they were all fleshed out accordingly. Everyone played their parts well even if they were sh*ts

  among other pettier people.. at first I hated them because they were like c*ckroaches, but really I find them pitiful and pathetic.. The villains are dealt with very satisfactorily.

• Terminal Illness: I forgot exactly but it was a cong**ital heart disease and brain tumor, XY's ability helped QX recover and the entire process made for a very emotional journey, really invested as it wasn't glossed over (heh the title is about QX). Kinda unrelated but I liked that the author was not afraid to describe when they looked less than perfect. It just touches me so much.
• Family: as previously mentioned, very dramatic, but I felt a sense of longing and lingering regrets as well as hope and mutual comfort.. The various family interactions seem to be a gentle reminder and emphasis on the value of family.
• Business: boss XY and QX can step on me any day. Scarily intelligent, business savvy, music, acting, rapping, calculating, singing, broadcasts, variety shows, inner business workings.. really cool. Also the power of wealth and technology is amazing.

i reALLLYYY hate that tao guy ugh..i basically hate everyone that makes trouble with xie yang and qiu xing lol!

the MC is specifically chosen along with many other strong/capable people from ruined worlds. They are given a second chance at life in exchange for saving the target world. The world is basically targeted by a main system that wants to collect the world's energy via 'golden finger' systems. This gf system jumps from host to host trying to influence as many people as possible until the world becomes unstable. Now why did I explain all this? Well 1-the MC is selected because he is so capable to go against the main system. 2-the MC never confronts the main system he is just one of the many influences that affect it. 3-someone or something is handing out these plot books to the chosen people in the fight against the main system. 4-the original FL is just a chess piece of the gf system that is only a part of the main system i.e. She isn't even at the level of a villain. 5-the main system plot doesn't actually involve the MC once he has purified gf system. 6-the villain that is actually specifically against the MC and ML is a genius artistic phycopath. 7-neither the ML nor his mom are interested in the company. Mls mom chooses the MC in a wild hope for the happiness of the ML there's no scientific reason it's entirely based on gambling at a miracle. 8-since the world has given the MC as second chance at life it has also ensured that he fits in regardless of how it is achieved or how much sense it makes.
