Thank you! It was a fun read-journey. I had fun immersing myself in the story and their lives. I'll miss them. I'll miss their banters and interactions. They're another one of a kind. Smart and powerful. Tags don't lie. The side characters are also lovable. This prison x economics/stocks was interesting. I loved some parts of this book, the fluff, the MC and ML's relationship, the complicated plots (that I couldn't understand as much as I hoped)... were all very good. I loved the interactions between the two and the extras really closed the story up. The many 'plays' that were illistrated well by the author. A few points...

-0.2, The ML was a little pushy, but was always able to rein it in before it as too far... This, even though the MC was okay with it, bothered me... more>> every once in a while

-0.1, The MC was built up a lot by the author, so much that I followed and was amused by his thoughts, but the times when I thought he would show off his strength the ML came in... or he didn't follow ith through as well. <<less

If you are looking for a dark, sado-masochistic, twisted book... this is not fit you. Lol.

This book is sweet. So sweet, your teeth well rot from it's sweetness.

Our MC is so cute, a little tsundere who considers himself very smart. Our ML is a high IQ convict... and a big vineger jar. He's like a big dog most of the time when he's not scheming.

The plot is neither fast nor slow, with lots of scheming by ML and our cute MC being played by him. There's no angst. We also... more>> have some side couples as well who are just as adorable. <<less

Loved it. The romance and plot going on the background were equally entertaining, the balance which I find lacking often in many other. The story was entertaining throughout the length not having any dull moment.

Though I wanted to see more of the two, it made sense to the end and not becoming boring due to unnecessary stretch. Though the stock market plot did go a little above my head at first cuz I am not familiar but got a grasp as the story progressed. Also it was nice how they... more>> highlighted the stock manipulation and retail investors being scr*pe goats for bigger ones, which is happing in today’s world where so many are loosing hard earned money.

The schemer zhang was the best, the ultimate boss becoming a puppy for his wife, wagging his tail whenever he saw Jiang, who was the ultimate power bottom. <<less

I looooove this novel 😭❤ The compatibility of the characters are just over the roof. The plot is perfect for me because there's an amount of careful detail put into making things appear as they are. Like what had transpired is more believable. Which is a bit of an issue I find in other works.

AND I'm surprised of the amount of fluff and wholesome moments the story has given the 'situation' 😆❤

anyways 10/10 would highly recommend and would definitely read again 👌

MC is only "dumb" with ML otherwise hes relatively smart and super strong and can take care of himself which I liked.

this was a spicy shounen ai no smut saldy felt like I was edged the whole time 🥲

some of the plot points were meh.

I unexpectedly loved this story. I thought it would be quite too serious for my liking but then it exceeded my expectations! I love their chemistry and the other characters were not bad as well. Definitely recommended!

Good read with some suspense. MC, Jiang Chijing, is a voyeur but has defined morals. He tries to curb his hobby by moving to the suburbs... less people = less voyeurism. However, he had moved across the street from ultra hot ML, Zheng Mingyi. This is where the story starts off.

The plot follows how their relationship develops and the conspiracy that landed ML in jail. The romance is on the mature side and there isn't much fluff. MC is a tougher kind of shou, he carries a police baton... more>> and doesn't shy away from using it. 😏

MC had been spying on ML for about six months. He's extremely attracted to ML but doesn't want to interact with ML cause he feels guilty for spying on him. MC happens to save ML one night when someone broke into ML's house. Later on, ML disappeared and reappeared as a new inmate at MC's jail.

ML was plotted against by his boss and ended up convicted for his boss' crimes.

SPOILER...

MC doesn't know but ML knew that he was being spied on by MC. ML became interested in MC at this point. ML thought that MC might have been hired by his crooked boss. However, seeing how MC interacted with the other neighbors, he wasn't sure.

When MC saved him from the intruder, ML changed his plans around MC. He hid the evidence of his boss' crimes in MC's watch and also decided to become an inmate at MC's prison. While in prison, ML plotted against his boss, causing his company to go bankrupt and be convicted of his crimes.

Fascinating story, great character chemistry, and the translation is top-notch. The main characters are well-developed, and you even pick up some stock trading insights. A definite 5/5; I might read it again.

This novel has become one of my favorites. I loved both characters and their relationship was so cute and funny, the plot development was amazing, and the side characters were great I kinda wished we got a chapter showing them after prison.

Both of them are pe*verted and dirty-minded with high working brains. This story focused on MC starting from crush to being friend before suddenly being ML lover. The timeline is okay, the plot and speed of plot development are also ok, all characters are all cute!!! I love how frank MC and ML are!!! 4.7/5⭐️

I read this a while back so my review may seem superficial to you, BUT I SWEAR I FINISHED IT 😭

The story in a nutshell is: MC is a voyeur that spies at ML and works at jail and they meet in jail then our voyeur MC finds spying on prisoner ML so distasteful lol and... Spoken like a true wattpad story teller with this broken grammar.

like come on now who would ever believe our proud Chinese netizen ML did actually commit a crime and wasn't betrayed or framed lol. (This side of Chinese authors really bothers me but this is a story for another day.) Imagine possibilites if he did actually commit a crime. Inner dillema of the MC, how to bail ML out or hell just prison romance, psychological factors that led to ML crime. Anything but this really lololol.

I think because verything was smooth sailing that MCs characters didn't get a chance to devalop, be it in good or bad way; and that made MCs character shallow. Maybe it's my good old habit of labeling people as shallow if they can't crack good jokes. Idc.

TL was good, story did feel a tad dragged but nothing major, 3.5/5 rounding up at 4. <<less

I love this novel. So much so that I wanted to buy a physical copy, only to have my dreams crushed by domestic shipping only. Anyway:

MC and ML's banter is excellent, perfect, chef's kiss. MC may not be as intelligent as ML, but he's witty and quick on his feet. They truly complement each other perfectly.

The plot in its most basic components is pretty straightforward, but the nature of the core conflict is more complex. There is a LOT of financial terminology, but worry not, it's all explained extremely well... more>> by the author and translator. The writing is excellent.

An unexpectedly delightful read!

With the title and the MC being a voyeur, it seemed like either a heavy or dark novel. It isn’t. It’s a cleverly crafted story with a smart couple. The dialogue and interactions between the MC and ML are absolutely hilarious! The MC Jiang Chijing works as a prison librarian, and the ML is a prisoner with a genius-level IQ. The chemistry between the two is amazing - I love how they are equals in their relationship and how they both have their kinks.

The only darker parts... more>> of this story are related to the fact that the setting is in a prison and the inevitable things that happen in a prison (e.g. Power struggle amongst inmates).

The whole story is very well put together - you will not regret reading it. <<less

Definitely not like any of my expectations in the most Wonderful way EVER!!!

MC is Pe*vert, but not Shameless. You can't guess much about ML at the beginning, but Author notes helps. With the story goes you will see; MC and ML truly are Made For Each Other! No Doubt!

There's some tension, because you know; Prison = Inmates = Criminals = Conflicted Moral = High chances of Violence. But never so Heavy.

In General, there's no Bad tension between MC and ML. Just... You know... The s*xual Tensions... Were Heavy... (ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)... more>> ഒ hehe

All side Characters are also Entertaining. And the author still included them in the last chapter, so everything truly Completed without leaving any Holes or Wonder in the story.

The plots are Intriguing. The Characters are Entertaining. The Romance are Delicious. The Conclusions and Ending are Truly Satisfying. Basically, this novel is Perfect ! (♡ˊ͈ ꒳ ˋ͈)
